Hmm...just the easily available public domain stuff (the type I can cut and paste) runs about 20 pages and that is just for 1 John. Many commentaries available here on line have book introductory notes that contain that sort of information. If you have any sort of computer Bible study software odds are many of the commentaries that came with it have them too.
Let me know just how much information you really want and I'll e-amil you what I have (too much to be proper for including in forums.)
I looked on BIBLEGATEWAY and could not find any info. Can you recommend a sight? I need to cut and paste parts of it (possibly) to email a friend of mine.
I will go back to my bible, I think each chapter does have SOME information, but I am not sure how much some books have more information than others.
