Can you guys please pray for my sister, Cindy. About 15-20 years ago, my sister had an affair with this guy. She left her husand and children and tried to make a life with this guy she had an affair with. She even had a child with him. Well anyway, this guy always treated her like dirt. He even had other relationships and even lived with other women and then when they would throw him out, he would then go back to my sister. He has never given her any money not even for his son. He works under the table so he would not have to pay any child support. He has always taken advantage of my sister. She has always supported him all these years. My sister has always known the Lord and loves Him with all her heart. However, she is so in love with this guy that she can't even see straight. I have always told her all these years...........how can God bless this relationship when this is the man that you had an affair with? She doesn't get it. My sister has the worst luck. I have told her over and over, that maybe God is waiting for her to let go of this guy so He can bless her. I always give her the scriptures......."thy shall not make for yourself an idol or have any other God's before me" sayeth the Lord our God. I honestly believe that my sister will never let go of this guy. That is why I am asking for your prayers. For the Lord to remove this man from Cindy's life once and for all. What I mean is for the Lord to give Cindy the strength to let go of this guy in her heart.
Father God, please give Cindy the strength to finally let go of her feelings for this guy. Allow her to trust only in You. Let this guy have no place in her heart any longer. Build her back up into the woman that you designed her to be. A woman of strength, confidence, hope, joy and of your love and peace. Restoreth all that has been lost during the time when Cindy was not living for You. Please Lord, open a door of opportunity for Cindy to find a great job that pays well. Protect this job Lord from the enemy who comes to steal, rob, cheat and lie. Reveal to Cindy Your abundance of love for her. You O'Lord are the source of all fruitfullness. I pray that You would make every barren area of her life to be fruitful and productive. Reveal to her the purpose for which You have called her. In Jesus holy and mighty name amen
