Non-Christians do join but they are limited on the types of things they can post. I think you can find that kind of info in the FAQs and TOS.

We don't require you to be a Christian, but we do ask non-Christians to respect our Terms of Service and Range of Doctrines. Forceful and sustained arguments against these and against basic Christian tenets is grounds for moderator/administrative action against an account.
