Creed has reunited and has been touring for a few months now. New CD is coming out in a couple weeks. What do you guys think of them? I was a big Creed fan in the early days of their band. My interest level fell over time, but they came to town on Tuesday (and Staind was with them, so I thought it would be worth it for sure) and they put on a REALLY good show. They played some of the new material, which I really liked. It seemed a little more raw and slightly heavier than the last couple of albums.
So, have you heard the new stuff? What do you think about it?

I like them, but I'm still disappointed in how they handled the whole "we're not a Christian bad" thing years ago.
But...again...I still like their music.

I guess Mark Tremonti realized that there wasn't any money staying in Altarbridge and Scott Stapp realized there wasn't any money making sex videos on a tour bus with Kid Rock.

I never really got into Creed but they were HUGE years ago. They played here in the Twin Cites a couple of weeks back and only 4,000 showed up. That seems rather disappointing for how big they once were.

there weren't many people at the show here either. In fact, I heard they only pre-sold a few hundred tickets. They lowered the price to $15 at the door just to bring people in, and I don't think more than 4,000 showed up. I had low expectations, but it was really good. In addition to that, Staind (who opened for Creed) put on a much better show than I've seen them put on in the past. I thought Staind was boring last time I saw them, but this time they had more energy and sounded better...different venue though, that could have been the reason.

Staind opening for one of worst bands around. jeez. music has gotten bad.

I really like Creed's first 3 CDs. In fact, I have them all in my CD player downstairs and put them on random when I go work out on the heavy bag.

Just picked up the new one, Full Circle, today. Great album! The Creed sound we expect is still there, but with a fresh spin. Overcome, Fear, and On My Sleeve are my favorites so far.

I'm about the biggest Creed hater on the planet, but I gotta say that I knida like the 2 songs I've heard from the new album. They seem to have grown up a lot, and it shows in the music.
