Status: offline 		If you put them in a washer, you mess them up. I have washed ties when certain "unfortunate" events have happened. When I have needed my ties to be cleaned I would bring them to the dry cleaner instead.

Status: offline 		I think I have washed my husband's ties before, only when they were obviously in need of it. I don't remember it shrinking. I guess it depends on what fabric it is.

But it tends to mess up the frame of it though.
