Mepkin Abbey - Trappist Monastery is in South Carolina. Click the link to see what they offer. We've always had a very peacelul/restful time out there.
If you're just looking for a place to take a group of leaders on retreat, there are several Christians campgrounds with cabins, plantations or even retreat centers to choose from.
I'm assuming you're looking for something close by so you might need to pick a state and go from there.

Greetings in Jesus!
I am sorry I have no current information on retreat locations for clergy. I know the Southern Baptist have two very nice locations and there was a beautiful Pastor/wife retreat in Colorado years back also. In California there is (still i hope) a very nice place in the mountains called AlHattie's (hold on) yep! Go here if California isn't out of the way: http://alhatti.com
regret looks back, worry looks around but faith looks up to where our help comes from ...
I've not been there. But, I did find this link to a group of places that look very nice and has very nice comments from pastors that have been there. It's certainly worth exploring.
You can find others by entering "Pastor's Retreat" in Google.
