Pray that whatever I am fighting.. There has been cold going around at the center.. This is the time of the year and I know the H1N1 is to be concern. But I have not temp.. Just starting to feel not my self.

Lord I ask that you would bring healing to her and keep her strong in Jesus name. Amen
Please get 3000 - 5000 IU's of vitamin D3 for a week or two! D3 is critical for the immune system and helping fight off colds, flu and infections. 2000 - 3000 IU's daily is perfectly safe for long periods of time!
Also get 5000 - 8000 mg of vitamin C in divided doses daily. Vitamin A 8,000 IU's a day and Vitamin E 400 IU's daily along with things like elderberry extract will all gently build the immune system. Zinc 25 mg a day for a week, and selenium 100 - 200 mcg daily.
These things are very safe and many doctors who are up on nutrition and natural supplementation agree with these recommendations. You can look on the internet and see for yourself.
I am a clinical nutritionist and have found from research over the years and personal experience that these will help during the cold and flu season and even if a person has the H1N1 virus, it is often less severe and people recover much quicker. These are also perfectly safe to take year round to maintain a healthy immune system.
I have found that the allopathic medical community is too gung ho on the H1N1 vaccine which sadly has high amounts of mercury, aluminum and thymerisol along with other toxic substances. These things deposit in the brain and soft tissues of the body and do much damage. The vaccine also hasn't had adequate testing to verify safety and the necessary clinical studies of efficacy.
I hope that you'll try these things and see if it helps you too!

Thank you for your prayers.. I do feel better today.. I am drinking Kefir and oscillococcinum .. The weather is change little cooler and the wind is blowing.. I think it is allergy.. I am going to the doctor tomorrow for my physical.. So I see what my doctor said.. Thanks for your prayers.

Feeling better today.. Did some sneezing this morning but seem to be better.. Thanks! And my physical was great.. All my blood work was great.. Just need to loss a few pound, which I have been trying for about five years.. But I have maintain the weight for year.. So I am so happy about my health.. Just wish the Lord would help me out with our older dog and also our finance issues.. I know thru time God will help me with this.. Thanks!
