I just thought I would share a couple of good snacks for those of you who are looking for something sweet to eat, but not very fattening. Low fat mini pie- Buy the small size graham cracker already made crusts in the little foil pans & your favorite yogurt (mine is yoplait key lime). Scoop half of the yogurt into the graham cracker crust and put a scoop of low fat cool whip on it. Delicious! Smoothie- You can use orange juise or pomegranite juice. Mix some juice in a blender with a couple of spoon fulls of vanilla yogurt, your favorite fruit (strawberries, blueberries, blackberries, raspberries, bannanas, etc.), add a couple of spoon fulls of raw sugar, and some ice cubes. Blend until smooth. Top with cool whip. Umm Umm Umm! If you have some good low fat/healthy recipes for the summer please share. Blessings

Low fat dessert is an oxymoron, like jumbo shrimp.
