Was the manna kept as commanded, to show the future generations?

Exd 16:31 The house of Israel named it manna, and it was like coriander seed, white, and its taste was like wafers with honey.

Exd 16:32 Then Moses said, "This is what the LORD has commanded, 'Let an omerful of it be kept throughout your generations, that they may see the bread that I fed you in the wilderness, when I brought you out of the land of Egypt.' "

Exd 16:33 Moses said to Aaron, "Take a jar and put an omerful of manna in it, and place it before the LORD to be kept throughout your generations."

Exd 16:34 As the LORD commanded Moses, so Aaron placed it before the Testimony, to be kept.

Exd 16:35 The sons of Israel ate the manna forty years, until they came to an inhabited land; they ate the manna until they came to the border of the land of Canaan.

Exd 16:36 (Now an omer is a tenth of an ephah.)

The Ark of the Covenant is at Jerusalem under the Temple Mount, where it belongs, according to some sources.
However, the fulfillment of the Commandment is in Christ Jesus for He said 'I am the Manna that came down from Heaven. The fathers ate manna in the desert and died. My Flesh is real food and my Body is real drink. The Words I spoke are Spirit and Life. The flesh counts for nothing.'

Jesus said this in choosing His inner Disciples, the 12, for Peter spoke up and said You have The Words of Eternal Life. Therefore, the 12 Apostles remained faithfull to the Calling of God. The other disciples did not believe His Testimony for it sounded not unlike cannibalism. Where one eats the conquered warriors body and assumes the characteristics of that warrior, to become 'like' that person. 'Christian': 'like christ' for whoever is instructed about the Kingdom of God will become like His Teacher. And there is only One Teacher, God alone. For whichever 'teacher' of the law is fully trained will inherit these traits. For these, through use, have trained themselves to escape this present dark world of the flesh. For Jesus said ' My bread is to do the Will of My Father in Heaven.' Whoever receives Christ Jesus, He will come to them and sup with them and make His Home with them. For, those who do the Will of the Father in Heaven are eating the spiritual bread in communion with Christ by entering The Kingdom of God. Paul said to know the fellowship of the sufferings and The Power of The Name of God, and so being conformed into His Image..... Blessed are they when people say evil against you for My sake. For that is how their fathers treated the Prophets of God.

Sorry, I 'm not sure I understand what ***** said.

The only reason the Scriptures say that the manna was to be kept in the Ark was as a rememberance and that is probably why Aharon's staff and the stone tablets were put in there also. Now no one is to see them, it is enough to know that they are there. Also, since they are covered with the Atonement blood, I would think that they are a rememberance of our failures so that we will not repeat them. One could presume the manna relates to the times we grumble over Adonai's provision, the rod relates to our questioning of Adonai's authority and the stone tablets relate to our desire to control our own lives. Of course, I could be wrong sense the Scritures don't say what it is we are supposed to remember, just that we are to remember.
