Steph,

Thank you for your service to the XT folder and your example as to how one may lead and exhibit the ability to abide by the Terms of Service even in tough situations.

I hope you tenure as XT President has given you valuable lessons in how to resolve conflict as well as other lessons that you may not readily see now.
