Also found this interesting
GOP delegates here lodge complaints on convention
especially where it says

The 13th Court of Appeals has ruled that Michael Bertuzzi and the Nueces County Republican Party Headquarters has until 5 p.m. June 4 to provide access to the local Republican Precinct Convention Records.
Bertuzzi is not cleared of wrongdoing after all. Stay Tuned!
I wonder if anyone has any updates on this?
