Exodus 9
1Then the LORD said unto Moses, Go in unto Pharaoh, and tell him, Thus saith the LORD God of the Hebrews, Let my people go, that they may serve me.
2For if thou refuse to let them go, and wilt hold them still,
3Behold, the hand of the LORD is upon thy cattle which is in the field, upon the horses, upon the asses, upon the camels, upon the oxen, and upon the sheep: there shall be a very grievous murrain.
4And the LORD shall sever between the cattle of Israel and the cattle of Egypt: and there shall nothing die of all that is the children's of Israel.
5And the LORD appointed a set time, saying, To morrow the LORD shall do this thing in the land.
6And the LORD did that thing on the morrow, and all the cattle of Egypt died: but of the cattle of the children of Israel died not one.
7And Pharaoh sent, and, behold, there was not one of the cattle of the Israelites dead. And the heart of Pharaoh was hardened, and he did not let the people go.
8And the LORD said unto Moses and unto Aaron, Take to you handfuls of ashes of the furnace, and let Moses sprinkle it toward the heaven in the sight of Pharaoh.
9And it shall become small dust in all the land of Egypt, and shall be a boil breaking forth with blains upon man, and upon beast, throughout all the land of Egypt.

Intriguing... would you care to finish your thought?

In Exodus, Moses was giving this warning to get Pharaoh to release the Jews to leave Egypt... so who is God trying to get the US to release?

Passover begins April 19th and if not mistaken runs through April 26th. I find it so interesting that this occurrence in the news media is happening right around this time. It is Messianic study of the Holy Days Passover that brought this to my attention. All should be observing the Holy Days in the manner in which Jesus (Yeshua) taught. Not in the manner given by traditions of man...I desire to please the Lord in my worship and Him only.

It is wrong to observe these days in the midst of Holy Days and teaching our infants much less take part in Easter Bunny and Santa Claus the same day particularly if we are Christiian. That goes for Halloween too. These are traditions of man and subtle idol worship we look as harmless but are abominatons to the Lord. These traditions are for "our pleasure" not for glorifying our Lord.

I have just begun learning messianic worship. It is as of yet much more respectful and honors the Lord far above some of the practices and slly doctrines in some of the biggest religious organizations. It also gives much history on the Messianic Jewish faith. No messianic Israeli lving in Israel worships our Lord the same way we do and we will never be able to win a Jew to Christ as along as we contine these practices....I find it overwhelming that I never considered that our own churches condone it.

We should be spreading the gospel to the Jewish faith but will never win them into fellowship with our idol worship no more than an occult would pull us in.

Now this is my take on it all. If necessary He will move me to Israel to find a place to worship Yeshua in the way most pleasing to Him.

I challenge anyone to throw away self help and books on how to be prosperous and dive into the scriptures. There will be your answer to any question. All we have to do is ask the Lord for guidance in truth of scriptures.

Jesus is Jewish. He loves us all and wants all to come to Him.
Yeshua Shalom

Greetings! It is written: Come out of her, my people! Run for your lives! Run from the fierce anger of the LORD. For her sins are piled up to heaven and God has called us out of Babylon creating us as citizens that remain faithfull to the new Jerusalem in the bearing fruits that will last in keeping with repentance thereby remaining in the Garden of God without being uprooted by the Gardener for failure to produce fruits that matter. Every tree that bears fruit, The Gardener prunes so it will produce even more. Every tree that does not bear Good Fruit will be cut down and thrown into the eternal fire like chaff of tares. The trees of the LORD are well watered, the cedars of Lebanon that he planted with Living Waters.

Some people make the mistake of worshiping a religion or a system or a style instead of God the Son. If Jesus spent much time denouncing anything, it was the traditions commonly recognized with the Jewish religion.

Hi mary,

Glad to see the "Light" has brightened your vision.

I would love to go to Israel, perhaps live there.
But, I'm afraid He would send me back as this is where
I am supposed to be. To go out into all the world.

To the Jew first ----- one reason as you mentioned it's
necessary to support the Messianics that are reaching out
to their brethren.

The seeking the "timing" of God once again is a sign of the end times.
Y2K was a moot episode. It's not on God's calendar. lol.

Baruch Yahushua ben YHWH.

The whole Bible is relevant to end times and prophecy. That is why Jesus returned. To prepare us for eternal life.

I choose this over Easter Bunny or Santa Claus...

No pagan worship here...

I choose Yeshua.

I have been discovering a scriptural new perspective with Messianic Judaism. I have much to learn but I see it coming with the help of Ruach Hakodesh (Holy Spirit). The one whom Yeshua (Jesus) promised.

Thank you for your input on the order of events.

In acutality we are in Pentecost. We must evangelize.
