I have some software that I'm installing and the installation guide says to run the file, setup.bat, after you download the files and unpack them. Everytime I try to run setup.bat the computer does nothing. I go to the location of that file and open up the command prompt. When I try to run that file, the command prompt just goes away. What do you think is the problem?

By the way, the software is from www.hyperic.com
