Is this the one with Ashton Kutcher? If so...yes it's a good movie.

Ya, that one. I think this and The Guardian are his two best films.

The Guardian was also good. Who would have thought Ashton Kutcher can be on a drama and he's really not bad at all.

I thought the acting throughout the movie was terrible, but the story line more than made up for it. Overall, I thought it was great!

I thought it was pretty good but... SPOILER ALERT Highlight: That one scene with the baby and the mom getting killed by the explosion while getting the mail...It just left me disturbed for days.

I was just talking about this movie with my sister. I have a particular affinity for movies that dwell on how our actions affect the time line. I think that if a person knows what will happen in the future you can adapt your actions to change what will happen. But in terms of the present - going back into the past can severely affect the very reality in which you are trying to effect a change. I'm still trying to catch a hold of and watch The Butterfly Effect 2.

I've heard that the second one was terrible. I'm afraid that if I watch it it will affect my love of the first movie.

Thanks for the warning Solus. But I still want to see part 2 - I've only seen the beginning so far, and it was ok.

The second one is a stinker. Big waste of time.
