I hope there isn't already a thread about this but I just found out they are releasing a new version of "The Incredible Hulk". I am a huge Hulk fan and was pretty disappointed with the first one so I am keeping my fingers crossed that this one will at least be a little bit better. I have watched a couple of the trailers and I have to say it looks pretty good. It has quite a few big name actors in it as well (Ed Norton, Liv Tyler, Tim Roth, and William Hurt.) Anyone else looking forward to its release?

Aside from a few parts in the film, I liked Ang Lee's Hulk. It had a really cool feel and was focused more on Bruce Banner than The Hulk, which I liked. But I'm not sure about The Incredible Hulk. The first preview turned me off, but the second preview was much better. Apparently Iron Man will make a cameo in it, probably after the credits.

I expect this one to be MUCH better than Ang Lee's version, but Hulk and Abomination still look too animated for me. Maybe the final film will have better results. Either way, it does look like more action and less brooding than "The Hulk" from a few years ago. I think Ed Norton will do a GREAT job as Bruce Banner. I have read that it is Tony Stark, not Iron Man, that makes a cameo. Who knows what will be revealed on opening day, though? There are rumors that this crossover could lead to an "Avengers" movie...though I don't know enough about Marvel comics to know what heroes make up the "Avengers".

I think I'm one of the few people that loved the original Hulk. It's one of my favorite super hero films ever. But it was basically an Ang Lee movie, more than it was a "Superhero" film, which is probably why everyone hated it so much. It was the Marvel universe filtered through "The Ice Storm."

RE: new hulk movie It might be good, but I'm not really looking forward to it. I can't stand Edward Norton and the new Hulk looks like bad CG Anime to me.

I do think they still look animated but from what I've seen in the trailers this "Hulk" looks a little more realistic than the the first one. As you said I guess we'll just have to wait and see. I also think Ed Norton will do a great job.

I was dissapointed in the first one but the second one looks good...so far from what I've seen. Ed Norton should do a really good job and the villian looks more defined in this one too. I mean what was up with Nick Nolte's villian in the last one?
