I like to read and write and hang out with friends at the cinema. I am just wondering what everyone else likes to do.

I used to enjoy flying until the price of fuel put a strain on the pocket book. Now I spend more time reading and home improvement projects.

I'm an outdoorsy kinda guy.

I prefer hunting over anything. Bowhunting tops the list (for deer) and then probably duck hunting and then turkey hunting.

In the summer and spring I also fish. ****pie and catfish eat the best and they are the critters I chase around the waters.

In the rest of my spare time (which ain't much) I like to ride ATV's, camp, and hike.

There's not much else to do in Arkansas ya know?

Maybe I'm not understanding you, but why do you consider solitude to be "very unchristian"? Moses, Jesus, & Paul all spent a great deal of time in solitude. Nothing wrong with recharging the batteries through some alone time. Some people are just wired that way, while others get charged up by being around people.

Of course, I don't know if solitude would be considered a hobby.

You understood me right. But I do not want to spend my freetime with others. I do not like people that much so that I try to avoid them. This makes me feel better. It is the way I grew up. Ok, maybe I would consider it as my lifestyle, but it is also my hobby.
