How does all this copyright stuff work concerning a blog?

Like if I post a blog, and next year write a book using much of the material from my blog, is that anything I shoud be concerned about? Will I lose any rights to write my book using my personal life stories or poetry that might be on my blog?

What rights, if any, am I giving up to what I've written?

You will not lose any rights to write your book if you include content from your blog.

You aren't giving up any rights in posting in your blog.
