Hi All. Last summer I was having some discussion with a friend about "the last day" when the Savior will come and "judge" the world. I was captivated by a remark he made "All will be exposed," and referred to a couple verses in the Scriptures to back his point. If we confess our sins and He is faithful and just to forgive our sins, and if sin is removed as far as the east is from the west, then what is there to expose? On one hand if all secrets are out in the open, on the table, then I would know your secrets and you would know mine. I am not proud of everything I have done as a believer and am sure my thoughts- well that's another story.. Rather than fear the final day, what would you suggest to look forward to the final day so to let up on myself and tell the Accuser in Yeshua's name get the "hell" out of here.

There is therefore now no condemnation to those who are in Christ Jesus, who walk not after the flesh but after the Spirit...For the law of the Spirit of life in Christ Jesus has set me free from the law of sin and death.

Incidently it says He is come to judge the world...not the saint. In Revelation 2-3 it speaks of the rewards to those who overcome.

Be encouraged my brother.

We don't know what will happen exactly, but we can speculate. However, whatever speculation we make, it must end with God's glory.

Suppose all is exposed. We won't be condemned for all of our sin! We will be forgiven and able to live shameless, open lives before one another for eternity and we would give all the glory to God.

Suppose all our sin is erased. Hmmmm... that doesn't leave much, does it? Well, at least we would be able to see those acts Christ did through us and we would give all the glory to God.

Those saved will not be judged for their sin but will be rewarded for the fruit of their labor in the name of the son. And...I don't think we will all be judged at the same level, some are granted more to work with than others and more is expected of them.

Well, the Bible does say this:

Luk 8:17 For nothing is secret, that shall not be made manifest; neither any thing hid, that shall not be known and come abroad.

And this:

1Pe 4:17 For the time is come that judgment must begin at the house of God: and if it first begin at us, what shall the end be of them that obey not the gospel of God?

Now, two verses don't constitute a doctrine on this subject, but paints a clearer picture on your question, along w/ a verse another poster alluded to.

Simply, all of our lives will come under the fire of God's judgment, but if your life walks in the His Spirit daily, then there is no need for His servants to worry.
