I wonder how long before they turn this option off. I remember that during the last forums switch we could do all kinds of neat stuff like banners and marquees, and then they clogged up the site and had to be turned off. I think I like this guy for the Lasagna brothers (Vito and Guido).

So far I mostly miss the text box at the bottom of the page. But I'm just ignoring the superficial stuff like the stars and score and stuff. I mean, who really cares any way?

I feel the same way about the stars and scoring and stuff. The sad thing about it is that "some" will take it personally or to heart. I just ignore that they're there too. I'm wondering does everyone else have a huge white space between the Forums Tool box at top and the beginning of the thread? Mine is that way causing a big scrolling to the messages, but I think it's because of the ad at the right. The length of white space is about the height of that ad. *sigh*

I don't have any big white space on my screen. I've been accused of having a big wide space somewhere else, though.

You will be auto subscribed if you leave the "e-mail me" checked just once. Then if you go to My Subscriptions you can turn off e-mail notification for any threads you accidentally got e-mail notification to.

That's a bummer about work, Kimmy. School has been a battle too lately, so I understand in a way. Fridays are a good thing!

You need a vacation kimmie. Come to think of it, so do I. Oooh, and I'm gonna have one in July. I'm goin' to DC for at least 4 days, maybe longer. Got 2 box seats for the Mets vs. the Nationals! I can't hardly wait!!

OK - I'm gonna try this. Hope you don't mind me testing here Kimberly. [image]http://anchoredbygrace.com/gtchat/images/jfflowers2.gif[/image] Hey --- hope that training goes well. That would be wonderful if you got to get out of where you are. I'm going to San Diego tomorrow (flight leaves at 7 am) for work. I'm installing a couple instruments for a clinic that fell through the cracks. They've been sitting there since January and they've been paying the lease on them the entire time. Hello everyone!! Christine praying for your flight too. Darcy, I have been trying to catch up to you for a couple of days with comment about the Mac thing. I was pretty skeptical at first, especially about whether or not there would be problems with being able to upload pictures in posts or even the avatar thing. The more I get around here, the happier I am about the being able to succeed at it. My only thing that still bothers me is the huge gap of white space between my Forums tool box and the beginning of the thread. I know they are still working on a lot of things so I will still wait a bit before I go asking about it to see if it just corrects itself along the way. Kimberly, glad to hear that you are seeing the light at the end of the tunnel with your job situation.
