For one of my friends having the time of his life this past weekend, and being able to share it with him even it only via phone and internet. What happened could possibly be the highlight of his career. I'm thankful for his friendship, and for how God is blessing him.

I am so thankful that God always prepares the path. He knows what is going to happen and begins to prepare us before we even know why.
Thursday of last week I was blessed by reading some old post which not only reminded me where I had been but how far I have come.
Last night I was able to share, with complete truth through experience, that the pain is intense and will get worse BUT the season do change and life becomes even more precious and beautiful if we allow it too.......
I am so thankful God showed me, just at the right time, the things I needed to know to speak hope and comfort to a grieving friend.
God amazes me.......How can we ever doubt His timing when he proves over and over how perfect it is.
I thank the Lord for my amazing family. All day long as I did things with my sisters I was reminded how important family is to me. I was thankful God gave me such a wonderful family to walk together through life.
Thank you Lord for family. Thank you Lord for the gift of having others to walk through painful times with and the strength which comes when we are all together.
I love you so much father and am so thankful for all you have giving me........I am sorry that sometimes I spend more time asking for what I don't have then thanking you for what I do..........Thank you so much Lord for family.

Thanking God for the opportunity to have so much time to hang out with him while I finding a job. Even though right now life is rough and trails are popping ever where.

I have so many things to thank God for. First, today, our guest speaker was our previous pastor. I love this man. God definitely used him to deepen my knowledge of Him. His topic was on gentleness as the fruit of the spirit (the summer series). He said that through our own power, through behaviour modification, we will never be truly gentle and it can only happen if we let the Holy Spirit guide us. He started with Genesis on how our spirits died when Adam and Eve disobeyed, and how our old nature is not naturally inclined to be gentle due to this fall. He delivered the message so gently but very powerful and it really got through to me.
I'm also thankful for a nice afternoon nap which I never ever get, for a long bike ride which ended abruptly but was meant to end so I can rest my overly tired body, and for the beautiful morning I spent with my daughter while she just played with me in bed. SHe enjoys those spontaneous mother/daughter moments. She said this morning that I'm the coolest, bestest mommy in the whole wide world!
