Hi everybody, Just getting ready for the influx of visitors. For those who don't know me, my name is Trish, and I'm really looking forward to meeting you all.
For those of you nuts who already know me, come on in. I'd really enjoy the company.
Don't forget to grab yourself a tasty beverage and something to eat, and make yourself at home. I'm sure we'll all get along really well.

Hi there. Just trying to get some of the threads in humour set up. I somehow don't think I'll get them all done before I go to bed. I can't seem to cut and paste from the OPs in the other forums.

Hi everybody. Good to see you all here.
The name of this place? A place to cherish. Sorry I was a bit brain dead when I started this place up. I think there's another Trish from the same area as me, and I didn't want to confuse anybody when they started coming in. Just made it simple. Who knows though, maybe when this thread runs out, (if they run out in this place), I'll change the name then.

Doing ok here, Darcy. Just trying to find myself around the place.
Just woke up. Had another bad night.
Poor old Bailey hasn't even been fed yet. John and Joan are at a meeting, so it's up to me, but I've got to defrost it yet. Needed to see who was around.

Hi Trish, I said Hi to you over in the Aussie's thread too. I hope we get few in there. I was thinking it was such a shame we did not get to see the number of your posts hit 10,000 over at the old place, but by the look of the post count here already, I don't think it will be too long before we see you numbers rising!!..lol
Glad to see there are still some of the 'old home comforts' in this new forum.
Does anyone know what the icons/smileys at the top of this posting box are and how we use them??

Julie, I think the ones on top of the posting box go in front of your post when you reply or start a new thread. I'm not disappointed about my post numbers in the old place. I hit 10000 a few times, and then when the posts got purged, they'd drop again. I just wanted to do it once, and I got my wish a few times.
Darcy, I know what you mean. Need to learn EVERYTHING!
