I feel really Blessed. Here's my Story. Thanks. Diana Two Durant Oklahoma Residents made an astonishing discovery last week while digging through what they thought was a garage sale throw away box. Mae Boughman and Diana Hall of Durant, Oklahoma made the miraculous discovery in a box of unknown items that were purchased on a local television auction. "We sat patiently in my living room floor and proceeded to pick through the box of what appeared to us to look like mostly junk," says Boughman. "As we dug down to the bottom of the box, we found an old Christmas card box - inside was wrapped in an old hankie what appeared to be an old depression glass plate with some paint on it. Under the plate were some old yellowed newspaper clippings showing the plate. The clippings were dated 1970. The newspaper article told a story of the plate from some 30 years earlier about 1940. The story about the plate states that a women was dying Easter eggs and when she finished, she noticed that the image of Christ appeared on the plate." "Needless to say, we were just beyond excited," states Boughman. Hall says, "I lost both my Mom and Sister last year, and I was having such a hard time this year dealing with the holidays - this is like a gift from God, and we are so excited. Maybe, this is God's way of blessing us, too." Says Hall, "Even if nothing ever comes of it, it is certainly an exciting find." Hall reiterates, "We feel sure Christ came to visit us personally, and we hope the world can share it with us. It really helps put the Christ back in Christmas this holiday."
