I'm thankful for the scriptures. I'm involved in a scripture challenge on a scrapbooking site and I can tell already after one week that this is going to be a great, growing year for me.

i think one of the most beautiful revelations for me was when i experienced jesus faithfulness in my life...this is a blessing for which i am very grateful...theres a verse in the bible in isaiah 30.18 - "and therefore will the lord wait, that he may be gracious unto you, and therefore will he be exalted, that he may have mercy upon you..."

I'm thankful for 2 days in a row with gorgeous weather and the good possiblity of another tomorrow! Makes for happier children when they can get out and truly enjoy the outdoors without having to be all bundled up in heavy coats and winter boots!

I'm thankful that my eldest dd wasn't seriously hurt when the swing chain on our swingset snapped yesterday and then after moving the swing over to different set of anchors again today. Two falls in two days while swinging! OUCH! Injuries? A minor bruised elbow and a dandy of a bruise on her cheek from where the chain slapped her in the face today. Not nearly as bad as it could have been!
