Baby steps Sarah. Glad things got better. You will only get better and better as time passes. And yeah, dealing with parents can be a little challenging. You can disagree with them but when you communicate well with parents, it can make a huge difference.
I think most people in general know how to drive in the rain here. It's the foolish ones who think they can drive like they normally do that irks me.

So yesterday I had what was supposed my Final Meeting with my one of my teachers for my Practicum. And it did not go well.
I had work missing from my folder. But I had saved everything from the semester on my Thumb Drive. I had seen all my work from the semester's work that morning when I was working on some homework.
So my teacher decided to plug my Thumb Drive into her PC to see if we can make copies of the missing work. However her PC would not read my Thumb Drive. Now I do my work on a Mac but I have gone back and fourth from Macs to PCs before so I was confused when her PC would not read my Thumb Drive.
This is when we made plans that I would go to the computer lab and make copies of my work and I would come back at 3:30. So, I go up to the computer lab and plug my Thumb Drive into a Mac. But it would not read.
So I ask a lab person and he says that my drive is not even formated. So unless a miricle happens I have lost a whole semesters worth of work and I may need to but a new Thumb Drive.
I have to take an Incomplete for the class and make it up next semester.

So sorry about the situation Sarah. That must be really frustrating indeed!
Is that the only thumb drive you have or did you also save it on your computer? Perhaps we should pray that your teacher is willing for you to just rewrite the assignments that are missing. I find that retaking the entire class is a bit much. But it's not over yet. Praying hun.

That's right. In IC is not a fail. Keep in touch with your teacher Sarah and humbly ask her for her favor to complete the missing assignments. Giver her your word that you did do them and that you are sorry it got lost but would appreciate the opportunity to just rewrite them.

I wanted to find a Scrabble deluxe game for my aunt who is the Scrabble player in the family. It has a turn table so that when player turn the board the letters don't move. Right now my aunt has a regular Scrabble board which she set on a lazy Susan you have to be very careful when you turn because the letters move and you have to readjust.
But I did find a great fleece pull over for a friend of the family and a jacket for my half-brother who live in Oregon at Old Navy.

They might have it at Thinker Toys... Trishy got us a monopoly game about a month ago... But yeah I like scrabble too.. Yahoo has a scrabble like game called literali... I bet you are glad to be on your winter break...

Yes I am glad to be on break and no they don't have the Scrabble Deluxe Bord at Thinker Toys I have looked.

lol. Glad you like the clothes you got Sarah. That normally doesn't happen when you get clothes as gifts. Ha.
I really want to go shopping this morning but alas the mood isn't there. I need to be in the mood. Besides my next investment will have to be the salon. I need pretty myself up.
