Depends on if we mean tactless, or simply honest. Sounds tactless, then a no-go.

Depends on if we mean tactful, or less than honest. Just because you speak slowly doesn't mean you are hiding something, it might just mean you are afraid to be too bold- if that changed the longer we knew each other- then deal. If not, lack of trust is the first sign of a BAD relationship.
