I have cried because there are soooo few trolls around.

If it weren't for you and moi, there would be no Trolldom anymore! What a shame!

On the other hand....

I woke up at 4:00 AM this morning and couldn't go back to sleep, so now that it's nearly 8 can I go back to bed? OR, should I eat my Cheerios now?

My entire day is now depending on all those who tell me what to do!

You know mothers day IS coming right? (Sorry to have to remind you)

Well we were sitting at the table and my eldest looks at her dad and says "mom showed us what she'd like to have for mothers day." dad says "Great- when ya gonna buy it for her?" to which my daughter replies "Me buy it?(insert laughter here) it is YOUR fault she is a MOTHER! You are buying it!"

My Honey could not argue with that explanation at all now could he.

My Honey didn't "really" look at the necklace... it was on sale at walmart sterling silver and cubic Zirconia has 7 stones in a streched out "S" shape.

Well last night we were in walmart grabbing some batteries and milk (no breakfast w/o milk ya know) he said to me "Lets swing by the jewelry counter..." Mmmmm Okay- trying to score some points I guess.

Trill has described the necklace to him. he found it and then moved to the next section of stuff. There was a smaller one that was not 100% costume jewlery. You know a nice setting but still cubic zirconia... It was about 50.00. he said he liked it better than the other necklace. Then he took the buggy and moved on to the check out saying he only wanted to be certain he had the right shape necklace cause he knew I didn't care for the stick straight 3 stone ones and that he thought the circular ones were a bit "much"

Sooooooo I dunno if I am gonna be getting a necklace or not BUT I know that HE knows that Sunday is mothers day- AND that it IS HIS FAULT I AM A MOTHER!

Oh if you want your chilluns to 'member you might do well to give um a call and hint about the signifigance of sunday- one way that is good is to call sons and tell um that you are calling to save their bacon by reminding them Sunday is mothers day cause you know that the DIL is waiting round to se if they remember... It IS their fault that she is a Mother after all.

We're going to brunch on Mother's Day. Where? Not quite sure. But if I wait much longer, I'll be very sure cause it will be ME calling to make a reservation. It's just not right...like buying your own birthday present, you know? Even if I know what I'm getting it would be nice to not have to do it myself.

I talk to my son (nearly every couple days) but I'm not about to *hint *hint around.
I figure it's more fun to tell him after the fact, so I can say something, (in a whiney voice...) , "How come you didn't send me a Mother's gift? Not even a card? Is that the way I raised you?"

Much more fun! See what I mean?

Ohhh, I already received a Mother's card from my daughter who is going through some financially problems. She has always been very generous in the past, so she is forgiven.

That son of mine, loves to pinch his pennies. He is very generous about other things though and I love him just the way he is.

Does anyone care that I bought myself a brand new 24 inch monitor?

The size of the letters are sooooo big, I can read everything standing way over in the other room!

Sorry, but that's all the news I have this morning.

Hi Joy! So sorry
The letters that I see, are about a size of this!

I wish everyone had a monitor like mine. (Those who have old eyes, that is...)
Many, many people would not like this AT ALL!

If you are seeing letters the size of this how do we know what size you are seeing when you made it a bigger size so you will see an even bigger size, which might not be the size of your original sized letters when we see it in the size we see?See? April sighs sighs of large size, right?

You bought it over the phone? I'm impressed. How did you get it through the line and out of those little holes in the handset?

Believe it or not, it came out quite easily.

Everything went well until I had to return some of the parts....

For the benefit of ALL Trolls everywhere:

While the cat is away the Koala will play...

My husband is out of town this week. He left this morning. I hate it when he is gone, but I always manage to live and come out the other end still having 6 children, though sometimes I leave my sanity behind. Today I left it beside my night stand.

I got up, got dressed and looked in the floor next to the bed and found Clyde the Koala. I had wanted to name him Cleatus after my ornery great gramps but my Honey would not allow it when we got him at the teddy bear stuffin' place. something about Great Gramps and shotguns...

Suddenly Clyde spoke to me. I won't repeat what he said as he said it in some ancient aboriginal-koalan language I don't understand but I decided to translate it thus:

"Your Honey is away and you need someone to stand with you as you dole out the good and bad this week. Someone tall, handsome, good with words, and a nice manicure- I am your man."

All of that is conjecture and assumption of course... Though I am reasonably certain about the manicure part, Ya see- he blew on his lil black nails and rubbed them on his chest. Had to be manicure... have you ever seen a koala's nails up close??? SKEERRY!

So anyway, this lil Koala (who tells me he is NOT a bear) tells me that he is Lord of the Doughnuts and all things Glazed. he assures me that this title will bear some weight with the children as they often sit glazed over reading some book. (he is sitting nodding his furry lil head at me now.) I think it may well work out as no one here can speak this ancient koala language so I can pretty much say he is decreeing whatever suits my needs best at the time... and what with those sharp lil teeth and huge black claws I should have no problem... So long as I can hold him back- he has quite a temper you know.

Without further loquaciousness(<-- HEY I SPELLED IT RIGHT!) I present proof that I have indeed gone mad...
