This whole steroid thing is getting outta hand. Maybe it's time that someone took some action to put Vinnie Mac & the WWE on the shelf for awhile until the guys get their acts together. You know, kinda like the "death penalty" put on SMU by the NCAA a number of years ago? That just might send ol' Vince a message. Duane

I absolutely love that Mysterio is back in action. Should be interesting to see how he dose at Unforgiven agaisnt the Great Kali. Should be interesting to see how MVP and Matt Hardy hold up as Tag Champs. Should be interesting to see what happens on Raw on Monday.

WWE Suspends 10 of Its Top Wrestlers Friday, August 31, 2007 E-MAIL STORY PRINTER FRIENDLY VERSION This is a rush transcript from "On the Record ," August 30, 2007. This copy may not be in its final form and may be updated. GRETA VAN SUSTEREN, HOST: A short time ago, a mass WWE smackdown. Ten professional wrestlers just learned their schedules are now free, and not for particularly good reasons. They have been suspended under their WWE's wellness policy. Is this more fall-out from Chris Benoit's double murder-suicides? Jerry McDevitt is the lawyer for World Wrestling Entertainment. He joins us in Pittsburgh. Jerry, what's the story on these 10 suspension notices? Who got them and why? JERRY MCDEVITT, WWE ATTORNEY: Well, a couple weeks ago, Greta, we met with District Attorney David Soares (ph), who as you may know, has been running an investigation out of Albany of Signature Pharmacy and some of these so-called wellness clinics that operate largely down in Florida. He has been running meetings with the NFL, the NBA, all the major sports leagues, where he has been sharing with the leagues the various information about the athletes in these leagues that have been purchasing drugs through this Signature Pharmacy. http://www.foxnews.com/story/0,2933,295412,00.html ^^^Read rest of transcript & previous page....

The suspensions must be starting next week. On one wrestling website, they have CM Punk winning the ECW title and have HHH beating Umaga pretty bad with the sledgehammer. Randy Orton was given the night of at raw. William Regal was beaten up by Cena. Batista wants to sue, because he said he never bought anything online. Eugene and Cryme Tyme have been released. The website is wrestlingnewsworld.com

Raw truly isn't the same without him. I also loved when Vince went to play his video of a "Father's Love" and the wrong video played, and there is HHH on the screen. I also liked his little "Hi Steph". What do you think "Things are Looking up" means? Also, did you hear that Cryme Tyme and Eugene have both been fired. Also, Masters' is on a 60 day suspension. Rumor also has it that they tried asking HBK to come back earlier than expected, but he told them no, he'll return when he is scheduled to return.

Glad HBK is comeing back on his own turms. Did u hear about Ashley being on the latest version of Survivor? Should be interesting to see how she dose

Should be interesting to see how she dose I've been trying to figure out the whole Things are looking up thing. I thought, maybe its an aerial wrestler like Hardy, HBK, etc., or maybe someone who is very tall, e.g. Khali, but have no clue really. Kennedy was tapped to be McMahon's kid, but this suspension quashed that. Jericho is also in talks with WWE for a seven figure salary to return. They said that as soon as the deal is done he'll be back. It could be a couple weeks, it could be a couple months, but they are expecting it. HBK wants to return on a limited basis, kinda like what Foley does. I'm not sure I like that, but it will be good just to have him back. Kinda miss "Sweet Chin Music". 24wrestling.com has been really pushing this Ashley on Survivor thing. It might be interesting to watch. I just wonder if when this is done, if she'll be returning to wrestling, or will she pull a Stacy Kiebler. quote:
All these loses and so on is to suspend Umanga, Regal and others using steroids..(they got me watching now) & I'd predict Morrison looses to whoever he's fighting tonight (don't remember) because he's on that list. Etc., etc....I heard more than 10 suspensions may take place. McMahon played around too much about a congressional hearing..he may just get his prophecy. They said that the reason the suspensions didn't begin immediately was because some of the wrestlers were title holders and had to lose their titles first. I think that was why HHH went all Kill Bill on Umaga with the mallet. So he could be "injured" and be out to serve his suspension. The WWE gave away on their website days prior to the match aired on TV that CM Punk won the title from Johnny Nitro (I refuse to call him Morrison- Jim Morrison would roll over in his grave) It was reported that McMahon said he was thinking of wearing a clown wig to the hearings because that is what he thinks of them. They went through this about 10 years ago. Maybe stronger changes will be made, but I have a feeling that it won't affect the WWE all that much. They'll always be around. Regal isn't wrestling anymore, he's the general manager of RAW now. I hadn't heard that he was on the list. So he's gonna be out now too?

I don't know which facial expression was more priceless: Vince's . . . or Triple H's! Just a few moments before, Triple H was scowling like nobody's business and growling at Vince, "I'm not enjoying this any more than you are," then he's ROFLHBO. Meanwhile, Vince is looking like somebody just told he'd lost all his money to Linda in a divorce proceeding . . . and that his dog had died. That may have been the funniest moment ever on RAW; even funnier than when Stone Cold gave Vince the beer bath with the high-pressure hose! I was still laughing when I went to bed! Duane

Duane My hubby had to watch that a couple of times. It was very funny. We all should have guessed considering his nickname. I'd say that Vince has been hornswaggled. Triple H's reaction was priceless. I really am in awe of McMahon's willingness to be completely humiliated for the viewers entertainment.

HHH's face was what had me laughing the hardest. I thought to myself, "This guy looks ready to wet himself." Also gotta love J.R., screaming "IT'S HORNSWAGGLE! IT'S HORNSWAGGLE!" in that way that only JR has. I love that his son is Hornswaggle. I have to admit they got me good with this one. So, did anyone else hear that Sandman was released by the WWE? I find it rather odd, b/c he was one of the last three in the ring that night, and that night they released him. Anyone watching Smackdown tonight?

Just saw on the website that Marcus Von Cor has been released from the company. I knew that he was having "family issues" and hasn't been in the ring since June or July, but I was under the impression he would return. It's a shame.

Any word on how Teddy Long is doing? What happened to Teddy? I was helping my wife minister to a woman in need and couldn't get it taped. Duane

I'm not so upset that I missed Smackdown on Friday now. How was 'Taker's return? Did he wrestle?
