Hnt,
You can "vote" for a thread by clicking to open it and then Rating the First post, or OP(Opening Post). The link you need to click to rate the post in in the bar below the post to the right. Click the word "Rate". Another window should open up... It is fairly self explanitory from there [:D] I think... [;)]
