I voted "Doesn't matter, as long as it fits well", because the question was "how much WILL you pay".

I actually pay probably no more than $15 though. It's been awhile. I wear Bali. But if they stopped making those, I'd find what was right and pay anything for it.

Pre-nursing I was a total VS girl, spending about $40 per bra. They were good quality, though.

dH always says to go quality over cheap when it comes to clothing (and no, the VS bras weren't the fancy, frilly bras - just really good fits).

I do the same thing, I love my VS bras and do find that they hold up much, much better then my Walmart ones, but Target's "Gilligan O'malley" line is *almost* as good as VS.

I need to buy new bras but can't decide between regular ones or nursing ones.

Most of my bras are from Marks & Spencer. I don't think I've ever bought a bra that cost more than $40. I'm a 34B so it's fairly easy to find a variety of styles that fit well.

Because I am well endowned in that area I normally spend $70 on a specialty bra.
It really makes all the difference in the world.

At the present I wouldn't spend a whole lot.

This reminds me. I wanna go get fitted for one. I would like to know what my true size is.

I typically wear the 18 Hour bras, and they run around the $20 range. I've never tried the VS bras; too expensive. However if I tried, I might like. I'm a 44DD so the 18 Hours seem to do the job well (sorry, no sports bras here! ) I do wish I was bout a 36C and could wear some *pretty* bras.

I want to do that too...where do you get that done? I'm assuming a dept. store like Macy's? I've never seen that option at say, Target. Or maybe VS?

I don't know about Target. VS definitely does them and Macy's-type dept stores offer that service as well, but good luck finding someone to help you there!!

I spend way more than I want to I usually buy them at Victoria's Secret when they have their semi-anual sale and spend around $75 for two bras. I wear a 34DD and probably need a 34DDD (E), but haven't found one in a store yet. I've never found a bra that fit at Target or Walmart since I got to be bigger than a C.

victoria's secret is having a really big sale. i went in there yesterday and found some of those secret embrace bras for only $20. got two of them. man, i put one of those things on, and my body looks so different--it looks like it's supposed to!
i had the fitting done first. my size is 38a, but most people don't carry that so my "sister size" is a 36b. was that tmi?
anyway, i guess that i fit in the category "cheap bra" category.

Way under $30.00 for me. I buy mine at Wal-Mart or Ross.

Ditto...I tried on a perfect 34b last week for just $2.00 at Ross and it can go strapless....when I got home I didnt have it, I didnt pay either, so I must have dropped it on the way to the register...

The gillian o malleys at target are the best bra and most styles remain true to size, if you wear a 36C then you can usually get a 34D and it fits great. if they only made a 32D, I would be super happy!

I get mine from Target too. As long as it fits good and supports well, that's all that matters.

I went to Dillards over last weekend and had a bra fitting, which was the first time since I was 14.

I kind of felt sorry for the 20ish young lady doing the fitting though......she got to see what happens to perky breasts when they hit middle age.

I did find a very good bra for $22.00!
Picks the girls right up and puts them back in their place(s).

My last bras were $68 each and worth every single penny. It's very hard for very large busted women to find bras that not only fit properly, but give a nice shape and feel very comfortable all at the same time. And when you wear well above a DD with a smaller band size, they get very pricey. There's no such thing as going to Target or Walmart or even VS and buying bras off the rack. I wish! But, I'm willing to pay that if they give me the fit I want, and the last ones I got were the best ever.

As of late,I only have 2 bras that fit nice. Both are Hanes. I really need to go bra shopping and hopefully find some other ones that fit well. My boobs, are just so big. I wish I was a C again.
