Those seats may not be as bad as you think. I don't know if you've ever been to Lowes Motor Speedway but the higher the row, the better the view. My seats are in the Diamond Tower Terrace, section 207, row 38. I also got my tickets (free) from work and they also come with complimentary buffet, so I am not complaining. This will be my third race to attend at Lowes Motor Speedway.

I just like front straightway tix I'm spoiled! But Diamond and Jewel are beside each other so maybe we'll see each other in the buffet line! But to keep this SGM related at least a couple of members of the Perrys will be wishing they were there too!!!

I'll be having a concert at my house tonight. One of the "midnight grannies" brought me 2 old VHS tapes --- N'Harmony and Old Time Gospel Hour Qt. I'll have to stop by and get some popcorn on my way home!!!

Got an email from Mark Lowery this morning. He's gonna join Gaither in Columbus, GA October 9 and will be doing a couple of Christmas dates with Gaither also. I know several of you have said you were gonna attend.

Marge and I will be heading out, in a few minutes, for Pigeon Forge and out annual trek to the SGMA Hall Induction. Fred Daniels, a very close friend, will be inducted. We will be eating with Ed Wallace, Kenny Gates and their wives this evening. This is more of a homecoing for us. We have yet to miss one since the Hall was opened.

Stamps are going to be at Lupton Drive Baptist in Chattanooga Saturday evening. Just found out about it yesterday. Hope I can make it.
I'm singing earlier in the day at the Prater's Mill craft show and not sure I can get away in time.

Got home and was wondering what I was going to do this weekend after being at Dollywood all week. Opening the mail I got a flyer that THE HAYES FAMILY was going to be at Maple Avenue Methotist Church this Saturday evening. Won't have to wonder any more where we're going Saturday night. Haven't seen the Hayes Family in sometime and will look forward to seeing them.

I am going to Dollywood monday and tuesday. Will be seeing Michael Combs, Dove Brothers, Paid In Full, Browns, Down East Boys and Karen Peck & New River. Should be a good 2 days.
