I dont think ghosts have to be demons, could just be people who have nowhere else to go when they die, or have things they want to say or do before going to wherever they want to go. and are we talking christian demons or the original kind? christian=fallen angels, original=messangers.

Hello All,
I'd like to broach an aspect concerning demons and their impact/interaction in the human world, which has as yet, not been addressed (or not that I read):
I believe that we are in the final countdown to the rise of the Anti-Christ and the Return of Christ.
Should this be the case, the presence, frequency, impact, and physical interaction of demons on/with humans and our world, should increase significantly.
It is 'their time' to 'come into their own', as the Judgment shall soon be upon them. I do believe that in Rev. 12:9, it is clear that Satan's wrath (and that of his fallen angels/demons) will be poured out unfettered against humanity (and more particularly, the Church).
This is where the Olivet Discourse which Jesus gives in Matt. 24 is so important to understand. Far too many people believe in the Pre-Tribulation Rapture and because of that, I believe that it is they of whom Jesus spoke in Matt. 24:10.
The power of Satan is set to rise and that necessarily implies that his fallen angel/demon hierarchy must also rise with him. Supernaturally great 'wonders' will become physically readily apparent to everyone; so much so that 'as if it were possible to deceive even the Elect'.
Demons are going to gain access to our physical world, visible access, which they've not had for centuries.
We'd better get ready for it; because Jesus also promised in the Olivet Discourse that those of us in the Body of Christ whom are still alive at the time of the Rise of the Anti-Christ, would end up being hated, abused, tortured, and yes, murdered for believing and adhering to our Lord.
Foxes' Book of Martyrs is a book I shall begin reading again; just to get an idea of what I'll be facing all too soon (given that I don't croak before hand).
