BBQ chicken.
Miniature dimsims are like what you call dim sum, I think. Chicken and vegetables wrapped in pastry and steamed. Some fry them, but I prefer them steamed. They're Chinese.

I cooked homemade tomato soup in the crockpot all morning . . . . it included fresh celery and fresh picked onion and garlic. Yum! On the side we had smoked turkey breast sandwiches on locally-made organic 7-grain carrot/sunflower bread.

Met hubby at Steak n Shake for lunch...I had the apple and walnut grilled chicken salad w/ raspberry vinaigrette...yummy!
