I , too, ask for prayers for a job. My future son-in-law interviewed for the 3rd time yesterday. They will let him know soon. He and we are so excited. I pray he doesn't get disappointed along with my prayers that God knows what will be good and right for this future family.
Thy will be done!!

My dad's appt. is today. He seems fine about it, but I'm very concerned.
I'm 43 years old, but I can't deal with the fact that I could lose my daddy or will have to see him suffer.

My grandmother passed away tonight at the age of 88. Please pray for her elderly remaining brothers and sisters and my two uncles to come in safely from out of state. My uncle is in Phoenix and I am not sure if the super bowl will cause him any problems getting a flight out this weekend. Also we are a real close family so this is real hard on my aunt and mom since they saw each other almost every day.

Hello all, i'm new to this type of chat room. Please bare with me.
My name is Teresa and I need lots of prayer. My husband needs to be saved, he isn't working and all he does is play games on the computer all day long from the time he gets up til the time he goes to bed, he don't have anything to do with my son or me I do everything around the house. No, he isn't working and it is showing my son alot of bad ways which I don't like. He sleeps on the chase and not in the bed with me, he says his back hurts everytime he sleeps in the bed.Also, my son, he has alot of behavior problems, he has adhd, boIwel problems, and emotional problems. he's a great kid, he needs alot of prayer. we have financial problems, cause my husband has been out of work for a over a month, were probably have to sell the house. I need prayer to be able to handle all of this mess around here. I also have adhd. and depression.

I mentioned this in the single's thread, but I was in an accident this morning and my car was totaled. Praise God my boys weren't with me, and I'm so thankful we were both fine. If he had been in a car, he probably would have been much worse.
Keep me in you prayers as I work on getting a new car to replace this one. Until I do, my mum is going to let me use hers. Thanks

My neighbor, Jan, needs prayers. However I'm not sure why. I just feel a strong need to pray for her.
My boss' sister was missing for 3 days. They found her in a coma. She's been in the coma for about a week now.

Stacy a friend of mine is having alot small problems adding up to be alot...so many things going on in her life and she could use your prayers.
My parents are going threw difficult times at moment with my moms car's motor needing to be rebuilt...to my dads truck not knowing if or when it will cut off agian bc the problem never got solved when we took it to the dealership...from my dad not getting any work...bills keep getting behind and my parents are getting weak... my dad feels like he can barely crawl anymore... its about all he can take.

My mother got a somewhat upsetting email from my SIL. My brother mentioned mentioned earlier is not doing well. He seems very depressed and not interested in doing ANYTHING. Even their kids (who are 4, 2, and 6 months (OK maybe not her)) have noticed.

My mom and aunt want to sell my grandma's condo right away, so prayers that it will sell. It's a senior condo and the real estate market isn't too hot plus they are still building these complexes.

My sister is very confused about who God is and she seems to be standing firm (and has for years) with some very mixed up views that align with the world, but not with the Word. I need wisdom for the correct words.

Tutoring and after school care went well. Do both again tomorrow. My high school student helper was sick for after school care. My kids are coming tomorrow.
My brother is in the hospital. He was having some pretty bad heart trouble. My parents are going out tomorrow afternoon to be with him and then back on the weekend. It's about 2-2.5 hrs away. He is in critical care.

For My uncle who is in hospital right now, he just found out he has cancer...and he is already to late for kemo. and things are failing on him quickly, if he gets to come home hospice will be there with him. He also doesn't know the Lord, so please pray for him that he gets saved before he dies. My grandpa (his bro) only family has left is also not saved but he was curios about the Lord but now is drinking alot bc of his brother's situation...
My parents vechicals are both messed. they cant really afford to fix my mom's the motor in her car needs to be rebuilt...

Just talked to my mom. There was too much damage to my brother's heart to do the valve replacement. Several doctors have to get together to figure out how to treat him now. They may send him to another hospital in Philadelphia (just across the Delaware River from where he is now: they live 5 mins from the bridge) that specializes in this and get more tests/opinoins. Not sure when he will come home. If he isn't home tomorrow I think my parents may make another trip.

update* My Uncle has now been given 9mins to 9days to live... and he still doesnt know the lord. My dad is going over to help bring him home, so please pray that my dad helps bring him to God.

My brother came home Wed night. He has a cardiologist app't scheduled on next Wed. Today when i was at my mom's house she said he had a really bad night last night. They didn't send him home with any oxygen and he woke up last night having trouble breathing. He has dialysis tonight. My SIl is hoping they get him in there and check his vitals and send him back to the hospital. If that happens my parents will go out there either tonight or tomorrow.

My mom just got a call from my sister in law. My brother collapsed and started convulsing so she called 911 and they took him to the hospital. She will go as soon as her parents arrive to stay with the kids. My parents are on their way out now. They should get there about midnight. We don't know any more than that. No school tomorrow for mom so that will be a help.
