In Arizona we are in a major battle for services for kids with disabilities. Due to budget shortfalls, AZ is discontinuing services for nearly all kids ages 0-3 who have disabilities or are at risk of being delayed. This is leaving somewhere around 4000 kids without the physical, occupational, or speech therapies that were helping them to make progress, besides putting nearly all of the therapists and other providers out of jobs.

Please pray for me to have peace of mind, as I have to have a biopsy next month to see if I have cancer. I've been feeling anxious the last two days, and not feeling very hopeful. Please also pray that I don't have cancer.

Please pray for my husband and I. We are at it again with the whole water baptism in the Orthodox church for our 2 boys. I have always been against this and he knows it. But he is getting some majour support from his family to do this without my approval. My heart is so broken. Even though my husband does not believe that infant baptism is what gets you into heaven. he wants to do it for the "tradition" part. A tradition that I do not care for. We go to a pentecoastl church where they do baby dedication. Then water baptism when a person is saved. My husband has not been baptized as an adult but he was baptisied as an infant in that Orthodox church. every day its a battle. If my husband had it his way, we would stop going to the pentecoastl church and go to the Orthodox church. He is back on speaking terms with his family and they are really turning him against me in a majour way. Please pray that my husband turns his heart and mind to Jesus once and for all. No more religious games. My boyz need their father as the spiritual head not me. I am tired of it. His family is coming to stay over on the weekend of 27th March. Please pray that they do not do the baptism then. My husband wants to do the baby dedication at the pentecoastl church also.
My heart is so heavy. Please pray for us.

My aunt has a tumor on her kidney, and is getting tests done to see if it is cancerous. If it is there is little they can do for this type of cancer, apparently. She has three special-needs kids, so a lot of people depend on her.

here I am again.. my husband just got laid off AGAIN! and guess what was the first thing he ran to when he heard the news??? SMOKES!
I am so mad right now...and more about the smoking than anything else!!!
God will not deliver someone who keeps running to sin over and over.
I am at my witt's end!
Please pray that I try to show grace through this hard time.

Please pray for my husband.
He got a call to have his resume submitted to a company that's my company's direct competitor.. and its in the same building as where I am working... AND... the hiring manager there WAS the hiring manager that got be MY job here (he used to work at my company a few years back). Only problem is I am worried this hiring manager may not even consider him simply because he is my husband (conflict of interest).. and also because .. well.. this manager and I got into it head to head cause he wanted me to sweep things under the carpet and I showed to people that he was dumb!
My husband has wanted to work in this company for as long as I remember and he would never even get submitted...so if he does get this job ..itwould be a big deal. I am worried my relationship with that manager may ruin things for my husband. I feel guilty and responsible if my husband DOESn'T get it!!
Also, I still do see this manager from time to time in the lobby and we just say small "hi".....
I really am more worried now and feeling very anxious.
Please pray that God directs this sitiuation in HIS way and whichever way is best for us as a family.

I posted earlier but just wanted to remind everyone that my needle biopsy is tomorrow, (April 9th) and am in need of prayer. I'm nervous and didn't sleep well because of the possibility of having cancer. Thanks.

Please pray that I find a job. Its been 5 months and I am out of work and living with my dad. I really want to get my life straightened out and on track. Also please pray that I lose weight. I am overweight and its not healthy for me to be so. I have been trying everything in my power with these two things, but nothing is workind. Thank You.

My sister is leaving for the ER right now. She thought she was having menstrual problems. She just spoke with the hospital and they think it's her appendix.

Within the last week I have had some issues with my soon to be ex-husband, it's bad enough to where I don't want to leave my home, and I have missed quite a bit of work, if ya'll could pray for courage on my part and the strength to get through it and that none of this effects my daughter in any way shape or form. Thank you.

It turns out that my sister's appendix burst approx. sometime on Thursday. Praise God she is still alive.
They removed the appendix (of course), part of her large intestine and part of her colon. She will need prayers as she goes through recovering.

Please pray for my husband.. he has a phone interview tomorrow... the first interview has been called for since he has been laid off!
If he is successful with the phone interview, then he has to go for a face to face , then they decide after that... so its a long process.

Please pray for my husband and I. He is still with no work and is facing many trials. Also we will be visiting his family in boston this coming long weekend. There is usually very negative influence and strife. Please pray that God gives me wisdome and for His protection over my husband's heart and mind and of course the children.

I apologize for not having time to catch up with this thread before submitting a request! It seems a little rude 
My inlaws are coming this weekend to stay at our house. I have a long, sordid history with my FIL who has dimentia. He literally hates me ... in his mind (which is a crazy mind), I am enemy number one. I have done nothing but love his son ... I am not angry, I just normally avoid the old coot like the plague. My husband has been quoting the "love your enemy" scriptures to me (and he's not even a Christian! The first time, I giggled and told him "I love it when you talk scripture to me!") and I know he's right but ...
Without going into tons of detail now, I will give you a little direction as to how you might pray...
1) my ILs have no sense when it comes to childcare ... they will feed them chocolates ten minutes before a meal, will feed them corn chips instead of a meal, will let them stay up until they collapse from exhaustion, will give them nearly anything they cry for, will carry my 2.5 yr old up and down the stairs. It is a crazy scene here and I have no control. When I try to assert myself, my FIL goes crazy on me, SCREAMING at me (in Shanghai dialect chinese ... phew!). It is scary for me and for my babies so I sort of fade into the background and try to ignore the wackiness going on around me.
2) my FIL looks for opportunities to go crazy. He is abusive to my MIL and frightens me to death. He is just a crazy crazy old man and he scares me. When he is here, he fills my house with all kinds of negativity.
3) my DH is the only child and fiercely loyal to these people. He is all they have, really. When they are here, I feel like I don't have a home ... I hide in my room and sneak down to the kitchen for snacks when I get hungry. It is pure misery for me.
I'm sure you lovely women will be able to pray for me appropriately. I am just an anxious bundle of nerves thinking of this weekend and I am seven months pregnant so kind of unable to deal well with stress and high emotions. Oh misery!!!!!
