I'm hoping mine will fill in better now that I'm trimming. After I trimmed, there was a line on the right side of my right brow with no hair. Sort of looks like a modified version of what some gangs are doing to their brows now. It's not that defined though, so I don't think I'll confuse anybody.

I've tried just about every migrain med there is under the sun & since my migraines were rebound, they didn't work at all. So, you have to determine if the migraine is a true one or a rebound first. Until I can figure out what the original trigger is, I'll never know what else I can take that would work or really what life changes I need to make. One major life change I can't make is where I work. This building is eat up w/ mold which could be part of the problem. I have to learn how to live w/ it, but I'd rather find another way than popping Excedrin every day. k

So, any suggestions on a product good to pluck the white hairs on the neck & chin that's not so expensive? The worst part is not being able to see them! k

No, it doesn't. Sometimes when I do my mustache if I let it get too long it hurts, but it doesn't hurt my chin anymore than tweezing normally would be, which is not much.

I caught the hair on my head once and that hurt!

I guess that was a while ago as it costs $19.95 on that site now! (though I notice it's BOGOF)

Good to know I ain't the only one

But pray for Himself--last night he said something perfectly innocent before he went to bed, and for some reason it flew all over me and I stewed and stewed about it. I mean I worked myself into a fine temper. Over nothing at all. (I am just really thankful that he knew nothing about it.)

Tweeze's are wonderful!

I dye my eyebrows (lighter than they are) and wax the things. If I don't I look too much like Groucho Marx. They aren't long or curly, so I don't think trimming would help--they just grow to thick (as in cover a larger area than I want.)

My skin has gotten so thin that if I get them sugared at the salon, I get burns Peel-off wax doesn't have to get as hot as sugar.

I've got a really handy battery-operated hair trimmer. It doesn't pluck so there's no pain and it's far quicker and easier for me to use than tweezers.

Right about now, I think I could get in a fist fight. And win

Anyone else ever get that way?

Oh yeah, right about NOW!

From some of the posts that I've read on these boards, I've wondered if some posters were having one of "those" days, from the way that their posts were written?

I'm thinking about buying stock in the Kotex company, so that I will never run out of them.

As for plucking eyebrows, I just wait until they're two inches long, then I pluck them.

Doesnt rebound headaches happen over a period of time? I am just recently, in the last 9 weeks started experiencing migraines, so Im not sure if Ive had them long enough to start having rebound headaches, too.

I noticed ya'll are posting about eyebrows, trimming, etc. Is this a part of menapause, too? Are ya'll telling me, I may wake up one morning and all of a sudden have a uni-brow, or what ?

No unibrow, but do not be surprised if you develop a nice goatee...

Put your cat on your lap, Melissa. Himself went to the pound and got him a kitten (and Mr. Roosevelt a child bride ) and she is right now sitting on my lap purring. It is kind of hard to fight with a purring cat.

Smokey likes sitting on my lap when I'm posting. He also likes to sit on the floor and paw at my right arm when I'm using the mouse, almost causing me to click at the wrong time!

Aunt Flo was sure busy today!

Absolutely. A cat's purr is a wonderful stress reliever.

GOATEE Ya know, I have always tried to be content with what I have. However, I do not know how much contentment I will feel if I wake up with one of them hanging from my chin!
Suppose, I will pray it to be the same color as this hair that is now growing above my top lip.......

I used to only have 1 or 2 hairs to pluck on my chin. Now it's maybe 40-50. I don't think that's an exaggeration. It's truly awful.

I don't make such a big deal about eyebrows. If I get them waxed once a year, that's fine for me. But, I just can't stand the white hairs on my neck. My mom has them about 8 inches long & can't see them. I don't ever want to get to that point. I want something that will grab them, even though I can't see them & be done w/ it. Right now I've got a curled up on about 2 inches long. Driving me nuts! Also, they are showing up more on my chin now too. I have a few black ones, but they don't multiply as much as the white ones. k

I have a couple of hairs that grow under my chin, kinda on my neck, out of my view. I have to make a point of looking for them and plucking them out before someone else sees them...

[:) I am amazed I am at the age I am ,to be even responding to any posts about menopause. But here I am a 40 something woman who is menopausal. Where does the time go. I seem to be finished the hot flash thing that was very wet and thankful for that and I hope that I will be through this whole lovely experience ASAP. Oh lets just get it over with already! Anyway I hope you are all well and happy and enjoying the walking with the Lord in the cool of the day and keeping your humor through it all. Jesus loves you!

I am hoping I left the old hag in Cozumel.

I could have killed her for showing up the first day of our vacation After three months.
