I am such a bad breakfast eater...maybe this thread can get me eating it more! Dry Vanilla Yogurt Oatmeal Crisp, glass of orange juice, cup of tea with milk.

I usually make muffins on Sunday and have them for the week, looking forward to any "new" suggestions on here though! Has anyone ever made those things that you put a biscut in a muffin tin then add beaten eggs and maybe some fried sausage? Do they "keep"? Can you microwave them to re-heat?

I usually have bagels or bagel sandwiches but I might stop at the store and get the high fiber english muffins and make the homemade egg mcmuffins.

I had granola with skim milk. I usually like savory foods for breakfast though.

This morning was leftover soup from last night Usually breakfast is either granola/cereal and milk, or a granola bar eaten in the car.

Coffee, white bean hummus in pitas, and Veggie Sticks (from Trader Joes) (this is also lunch since it is sort of that time)

Whole wheat toast with all-fruit jelly, and coffee, of course. Tonight I'm going to make a loaf of whole grain banana/apple/raisin bread for tomorrow's breakfast.

Wow, a lot of you have full out meals for breakfast! I can't do that, only on the weekend when I eat later. Cinnamon and Spice Oatmeal, glass of Orange-Strawberry juice, cup of tea with milk
