It's chilly here this morning but of course since the sun is shining my kids think it's appropriate weather for shorts and t-shirts! It's suppose to get into the 50's today!!!! YIPPIE! I've got a LOVELY spring cold - NOT fun! But my tulips are coming up as are my irises, and crocus and you can just now see poking out of the ground all my day lilies! AND my lilacs are setting buds and the crab apple tree is about ready to burst into color! Going to have to buy tomato plants to plant in the garden this summer as I didn't get a chance to start anything from seed! DRAT! And planting season isn't going to wait for me!
Only in the 40's all week. We are also expecting rain/snow mix for the next three days. I'm not sure if any of my flowers are comeing up yet. Got to many snow banks near them.

Hi Garsy, Barb and Amy!
Amy, 95 plus degrees, thats too hot!
Hi!!
You're telling me ... so glad there weren't any serious bushfires. Everything is still so extremely dry. Heat waves here in SA and huge floods up in QLD last month. crazy weather.

I like snow and think it's pretty, BUT I'm tired of it. Yesterday was beautiful, the first day of spring and 51 here. Today it's 20 and we are under a severe snow storm warning untill tomorrow. There's about 3 inches out there now.
Hey..spring arrived on my calender two day ago. Today we woke up to snow! 10" is expected by tonight! They even canneceled some Good Friday services!! We were soooo enjoying the 40-50 degree weather. I even got outside Monday through Thur. and was able to rake the front yard. This is the pitts
It seems like at one point the forecast for easter had some rain/snow stuff in it. But they took that out. It'll still be cool, with the high in the low 50Fs.
But today when it was in the 50Fs the kids went out dressed like it was in the 70Fs.
I would take the 50's today! And I would probally dress like it was in the 70's We have 24 degrees this morning with a 13" new snow cover!!! Mike? Should we send it your way?

Hi Dee, Barb,, Deb & PC!
Its been a long winter here. While not bitterly/frigid cold, its still been cold enough to not enjoy being outside at all. It will be spring soon, and before long it will be too hot again!

It's April!! My tulips are up! The crocuses have managed to peek their heads up through the ground too. I'm waiting for the chill to leave the ground so I can get the garden tilled up! Of course it's drizzly and I can't wait til it warms up and dries up a bit.
Of course I would love to hang out my laundry on the line soon too without it getting rewashed with the rain!
