Hey Jordan.

A backstop sounds good. I've got a few firearms myself.

Winchester Model 12 Shotgun (nickel barrel-modified choke) circa 1927
Remington 870 Express Magnum (with two removable barrels and removable choke)
Remington Targetmaster model 41 22ga bolt action single shot circa 1930's
Winchester semi-auto 22ga
Russian SKS 7.62 semi-auto carbine w/bayonette circa 1952
Crossman Pumpmaster 760 air rifle 0.177

I don't have any pistols.

Alright then... here's mine.

With CTC sights.

Hold my beer and watch this. Jes' kiddin'! Beer and guns don't mix as well as beer and lawn mowers do.

Seems kinda pricey compared to the Glock. But then again, the Glock feels rather...plastic.

Nope, I don't buy plastic guns. The Glock .40 are okay, until they get a few thousand rounds in them. But the Glock .45 are known to have major cartridge failures… IE: blowing up in your face. I will never buy a plastic gun for shooting. Conceal carry, okay... hope to never use it, but not for shooting.

I had a plastic gun when I was a kid. Momma told me never to point it at anyone.

We used to have BB-gun fights. Me and my brother would get about 50-feet apart and plink away at each other. We had a strict rule about no head-shots.

Then we moved on to bottle rocket fights. We'd stand about 50 yards apart and aim hand-held bottle rockets at each other.

It's amazing we survived childhood.

(P.S. Don't try this at home folks. )

We did the same thing, and also had a one pump rule! Would be middle of July, and we'd be in long blue jeans and long sleeve shirts. On bottle rockets though, we got the chasers... the screaming bottle rockets. Ah, the good ole' daze.

Ah yes...the good old days of lawn darts and 3-wheel ATV's, back when toys could actually kill you.

Barking at the moon, chasing cars, eating green cheese.

Well, it didn't start out that way, but hey. So why was it 28 degrees out there yesterday morning and only 34 out there right now? Did I misread the calendar?

Yah - Frost yesterday - quite a chill this morning - looks like snow clouds (grey and low). Thankfully, we have tulips growing in a front flowerbed - reminds me that warmth is coming (but then again, this is May 1st).

We had frost warnings here too. It was supposed to get down to 30F, but it didn't. It was still 38F in the morning. That's because we get some buffering by living so close to Lake Erie.

Well didnt' it burn? If you doused in water sooner, it wouldn't take so long.
Smoking is tough to kick... good luck. But don't get depressed if you fail, it's tough to kick.

Green cheese makes methane.... OOOOooookay, that's enough for Denny!!!
Puleeze, someone open the garage door.

Yeah, congrats! I quit almost 23 years ago. Went cold-turkey and haven't had one since then. It wasn't easy, but if I can do it...so can you.
