The problem with Johnny Fairplay is that no will ever believe what he says because he has led people with his lies. It might all be 'cool' with him but it will haunt him for the rest of his life and I'm assuming that even people close to him would not know when is he telling the truth. Jeff Probst...you could actually see that he's very annoyed with the guy. And I really don't know why the producers brought him back to begin with. The fan team group were gagging, his team mates were gagging so I don't know why he was even in this season. I could think of other 'favorites' on Survivor past....and real 'favorites' by the viewers, that could have been casted this season.

Whatever idiot stuck Lost in the same time slot as Survivor should be shot.

I don't think they're on at the same time. The first hour of Lost was last week's episode which is airing at the same time as Survivor unless you missed last week's episode.

Oh well, that's just great then. I didn't even tape the right one. We watch CSI after Survivor, so there was still a conflict, though CSI was a repeat.

I just wish Lost would have stayed on Wednesday night.

Whatever the reason Fairplay is gone, I'm glad he is. He would have hogged too much time from the other players.

I thought is was hysterical how the fans whooped the favorites in the challenge! And also how the fans didn't believe they had food, fire, and shelter...that was funny too.

What a waste ... of a cast member, of hype ... It's like he came back for yet another publicity stunt, added another 30 seconds to his 15 minutes, and took off.

But I AM glad he's gone, and we can get on with the game.

I am a bit disgusted with the "romance" that seemed to be instant. Okay, more than a bit disgusted. These people don't even KNOW each other, nor do they care that they are on TV for all the world to see.

I keep waiting for there to be a first ever conceived on Survivor child.

Jeff Probst was on Regis and Kelly a week ago and he mentioned about the second episode with a couple. He mentioned that these two thought that they found a place just for them but he mentioned that other than the camera crew, they've always set cameras around unmonitored. I guess that explains when especially at night they have cameras when they're asleep and I would think that - really...camera crew will stand there while they're asleep (in my sarcastic tone) but apparantly they have mini cameras as well. And Jeff mentioned that they are not airing the rest of it (whatever that means).

yeah, after last night we are thinking of previewing the show and not letting the kids see all of it because of that. I definitely don't like the seasons where romance is the focus.

Probably a good idea. My kids only like the challenges. They don't watch the rest.

I don't ever want to see that ... but if it happens, then these people are just STUPID; it's pretty well-known fact that 2 of the items that are supplied to the castaways are feminine products and "birth control" for the men.

Regarding JF:

I've said elsewhere that I still don't know if he was telling the truth. Does he really have a girlfriend (who on earth would date him anyway?) who is pregnant? And was he really that crazy over it? Or WAS it just some sort of weird ploy?

But... he told the same thing to both alliances. So maybe it wasn't a ploy.

And with the dead grandma incident, he told the truth in his confessional; this time he was still upset and told the same story in his confessional as he did to the other players. So maybe he WAS being truthful.

Or MAYBE he was playing to the camera, too - lying to all the viewers as well?

But what is the advantage to that? He was voted out. Maybe he wanted to improve his public persona.

Or maybe he was telling the truth.

As for the coupling off: Ewwww! Do we HAVE TO do that this season?? The preview looked pretty... intense.

I didn't know they supplied that. That's awful! And those are not fool-proof, by any means.

People are disgusting.

We stumbled on Survivor last night...now we're gonna have to watch it...again. I can not stand JF. Talk about disgusting! I'm glad he is gone. I like Eliza and I'm glad it didn't turn out to be a big trick to take her out. It should be an interesting season.

OK - new poll question.

After their loss, will the favorites rally to kick the fans butts on the next immunity challenge?

Or will the fans continue their winning ways?

I am pulling for the fans this next week...I think the favorites are little too high and mighty.

My all time favorite on the favorites team though is Yao Man (is that how he spells it?)......I liked him the first time around!!!!

James and Ozzy. I like Ozzy. He's very strong too.

I don't post here much but happen to know the answer to this. Johnny's girlfriend is named Michelle (not sure about spelling). She was a contestant on America's Next Top Model and was a lesbian at the time!

I am glad Fairplay is gone also. He is so annoying.

Tonight at work I was reading about Survivor in "Entertainment Weekly." The producers originaly thought to let the viewers pick the favorites for this season, but then decided that didn't want to lose all control. Courtney (from China) was asked to come back this season and said no, as did Tom (from Palau).

Survivor 16 was supposed to be the last season of survivor since Survivor 14 only had 14 million viewers, but then Survivor 15 has 15.2 million viewers and trumped the other two shows in the time slot. Jeff signed a new contract to do four more seasons up to season 20.

Tribal council tonight was great! Mikey was so shocked his plan did not work at all.

Ozzy is amazing with his athletic skills.

That was interesting making two people go to exile island, and also making them do so much work to get to the idol instead of just deciphering clues.
