Father,

Thank you for the Christians in India. We ask that you give them encouragement and help them to go forward in you—unswerving and unflinching. We pray for them in the name of Jesus Christ. Amen.

Father, we agree together for your people in India. That they would be blessed and encouraged and refreshed, in the name of Jesus. Father, we pray for husbands and for wives who have sacrificed so much for the welfare of their children, who remain committed to their faith in Jesus Christ, but who are heartbroken over the hardship that their children have faced and are facing. We ask that you would bring peace to their minds and their spirits, we ask that you would look upon their faithfulness and the tears of their heart and that you would pour great blessing out upon them and their children. Father, you see the need, you see the desires of their heart, you see the way to lead them thru this to fill their heart with joy and to multiply every good work that you have begun in them. We agree together that every blessing you have declared for them would be fulfilled, in the name of Jesus. It is beyond our understanding, but you are our confidence. We trust in you, and we know that your promises and your Word are yes and amen. We agree with the heart and Spirit of the Almighty God.

Bless marriages, bless families, bless the children of India.

Heal them, empower them, equip them, fill them with every good thing, and turn every evil thing committed against them into something beautiful and precious and redeemed by God. Take back all that the enemy has stolen, restore your people in India, give them beauty for ashes, teach them to war with a right heart, as wise as serpents but as gentle as doves, miracles, divine appointments, guidance, the leading of your Holy Spirit, Faith that is beyond all understanding, strength to move mountains, eyes to see as you see Lord... India cries because of great darkness in her land... but

India praises because she knows that her Hope remains sure in Jesus Christ.

Hear the cries of your people in that region Father. Restore their hope and their strength and their joy. Come Holy Spirit, walk alongside our brothers and sisters in India, comfort and guide them. Come Lord Jesus, set all things right, help your people in India and around the world know how to confront the darkness that surrounds us. You fashioned your people for greatness, to be leaders and yet servants, to tell the world of the salvation that you paid for to save us all from the evil in this world and in our own hearts. Help us to be like you, to know your heart, to know your will, and to obey the Father as you have commanded. Fill us with your love, empower us to extend the kindness and mercy of God with sincere hearts and clean hands. We need you Lord. We love you. In the name of Jesus we ask all these things. Praise to the Father, Son, and Holy Spirit! Amen.

Father, we pray for the Christians in India, for their family and friends and neighbors, for the lost of that nation, for the hurting and the hungry. Build relationships that are true and effective and beautiful. Fill that nation with a love that is beyond explanation, let kindness overflow in every heart, and break the ground that has been hardened for so very long. Let the seeds of revival be continually planted in India, in good ground,hearts that want to know the Truth of God, hearts that are in need of the love and mercy of God just like us. Grow the family Father. We want more brothers and sisters to love and to labor with. In the name of Jesus.

We pray for the courts and the legal systems and all who hold authority and sway over them. We ask that you would shower favor upon your people, even through their enemies and through those that oppose them. Keep the doors open for ministry, for the Gospel to continue to bring hope and good news to those walking in darkness in India and around the world. Help us Father to fulfill the commission that you have called us to, and help us to fulfill all according to your perfect will and plan. There are many things in the courts, decisions are on the fence and could go either way, many things look hopeless and as though our enemies will surely rule over us... but Father, you are not alarmed or afraid. You know the plans that you have made for your people, you know each step they must take to walk thru this world at war on to victory and peace. Help each of us to be good soldiers. Help us to obey your words, to love as you love, to show mercy and kindness at all times, and to stand upon Truth as you have commanded us. Your word is Truth. Help us to be faithful in living it out, in devouring it day and night, hiding it in our hearts that we might not sin against you, teaching it to our children and all who will listen. In the name of Jesus.

Comfort those who are suffering in India Father. You see them. They feel so alone and forgotten, but they are not. They are greatly loved by a God and his people that are fighting many battles to set them free from their enemies. Freedom Lord, from addictions, from sin, from those who victimize and enslave. Fill their hearts with peace and with hope. Comfort them physically and spiritually. Send someone to them to speak encouragement, to minister to them, to bring refreshing to their bodies and minds and spirits. It has been so long. Please help them Father. Assure them that their suffering is not in vain, that you keep every tear that they cry in a bottle and you will bring justice in the end. Vengeance belongs to you Lord. Help your people to forgive, to love, to be Christ in the midst of great suffering and great persecution... and let there be a great revival that is birthed in the nation of India, let it spread around the entire earth. Let your church prepare herself and invite all who will come to prepare for that great day of your returning. Evil is so rampant on the earth, but it only confirms that the enemy's time is short -- so very short. Help us to persevere, to endure all, to prove faithful for your glory Lord, as your children Father, as the Bride of Christ. In the name of Jesus.

Father, I am praying in agreement with all of these.
Lift up your persecuted church in India.
Lighten the burden of your children there.
Thank you for the calling you have placed on selahgirl to pray for India.
Thank you for blessing us with her request to also pray.
You are Holy and Mighty and you can do anything.
Lord, bring about miracles in India, blessings in the lives of Christians there, and salvation
to those who do not know Jesus.

Father, we join our hearts and our prayers and our resources for India. We ask that you would funnel provision to those who are on the ground in that nation sharing the Good News of Jesus Christ with the lost and the hurting. Whether food or water or shelter or family or purpose or supplies to study... give all things to your people to give to the people in need in that area in the name of Jesus. Let them know and understand that it has come to them by your hand, because of your goodness, because you love them with an everlasting love and that nothing will ever change that. Reveal yourself to the oppressed of India that you are the GOD THAT SEES THEM. You know their struggles, their failures, their suffering, their hopes and their joys... and you will never turn a deaf ear to those who call upon your name. Send your people to be your hands and your feet and your voice... send encouragement and hope and love and provision. Create places of safety in their communities, in their homes, in the prisons, in the legal systems. Places of refreshing so that this time of hardship will not be more than they can bear. In the name of Jesus.

Father comfort those who have suffered great loss and over-whelming grief. Raise up counselors and people of wisdom that will be able to speak comfort to them, who will be able to walk with them until they can regain their breath. Father, remove the sword that is in the heart of so many, the pain is so great as they grieve over those who have died or who have been taken from them. Please help them. It is an unbearable thing, and only you can reach into their heart and heal the hurt. Restore their hope somehow, bring beauty for so much black ash and destruction. With you Lord, all things are possible. You are the light of the world, creator of all things, Lord and Master, and all power is yours in heaven and in the earth. You are working a plan for the greatest good, the most specific and greatest blessing for EVERY soul... with man such a thing is impossible, but with you Lord, all things are possible. You hold justice in one hand and mercy in the other and nothing will be overlooked or lacking. Assure the hearts of those who are walking thru such deep grief at this time. Help them to trust in you. Protect them from bitterness and vengeance. Such things belong to the Lord and he will repay according to his wisdom. In the name of Jesus.

So much remains in the balance of the court systems and the legal systems. There is war and tension and conflict between good and evil as never before. Father, we plead on the side of goodness, for those who call upon your name for help. You have authority over all things and peoples, Godly and ungodly... we ask that decisions be made that will protect and benefit your people and that will especially allow the Gospel to continue to be preached with power in India and around the world. Come Holy Spirit. Come Lord Jesus. The end times are upon us, and we look up to you for direction and strength. You are our hope and our redemption and we trust in you fully. Let your perfect will and plan be accomplished in our lives. Use each of us in India and around the world, all who call themselves by your name. Help us to be faithful and pure of heart, help us to be like Christ, obeying the will of the Father, always with thanksgiving and praise no matter what we face. In the name of Jesus. We love you Father. We thank you Almighty God, Father, Son, and Spirit. Bless India today. Let your people in that nation feel your arms around them, embrace them and remove every fear and doubt. Father, we cry out for India today, especially for the city of Mumbai, as well as every community and family in it's borders and in the neighboring countries. Such tragedy, so much evil and violence, we look to you for direction and comfort and strength. Come Holy Spirit, restore peace and order according to your wisdom and your mercy. Free those who have been taken hostage, comfort them and their families, move upon the hearts of their captors to reconsider what they are doing. Break through every lie and deception that has blinded them to what is Right and True and Good. Speak to them Father, somehow, help them to love as only you can. Give the right words to say or not say to those that are able to speak into their lives in this moment, whether it be those that they hold hostage, or some bystander, or someone among their own ranks. But open their eyes and convince them to stop the murder and bloodshed that is in their heart. Save their soul Father. Jesus, reveal your love to them, reveal yourself to them. You know what is in their heart and mind and spirit, deliver them from all evil we pray and help them to call upon your Holy name. Silence every lying spirit that tries to convince them that it is too late, break every stronghold that holds their thoughts captive, loose them so that they can consider you, so they can find salvation. In the name of Jesus.

Father, you hear the prayers of those held in that hotel facing death. You hear the prayers of their families and friends. We join our voice to theirs and we ask for safety and deliverance for them, we ask for salvation for their captors. In the name of Jesus.

Give the security forces wisdom in dealing with the situation. Help them to bring the killing and violence to an end. We pray wisdom and mercy and loving discipline for all that has happened. Comfort the hearts of the families left behind, who have lost loved ones in this senseless act of hatred and political agendas. Protect them from bitterness and hate and unforgiveness.... I don't even know what that looks like Father, but you do. You can walk them thru this impossible thing. You see the depth of their grief and their loss, so much more than just seeing, you feel their hurt. You understand their cry for justice. Help them to trust in you. Help them to put all things into your hands, knowing that you will repay. It is impossible to understand all that has happened, but we cry out to you for India and for your people and for the lost and the hurting. Come Lord Jesus. We need you so very much. In your holy name. Amen.

Father, we pray for your people in India, watch over them and guide them in all that they do. Your son did not pray that you would remove us from this cursed world, but that you would empower us to communicate the message of God's love and the Hope that he has provided that all may be saved. Be with your people in India today, our brothers and sisters who are facing such darkness and difficulty. You see their zeal, their faithfulness, their devotion to love God and to love people. Help them in the work that you have called them to perform, help them to reach into the hearts of the people of India and their neighbors, give them your words, send provision, empower and equip them to be a reflection of Christ to the lost and the hurting and to all who are called by your name Lord Jesus. It is a challenging time in India, but you are not taken by surprise or overwhelmed Lord. You are steadfast and wise and full of mercy. Let your presence be felt in India, beyond our understanding, visit that nation today and let your perfect will be done in every life. In the name of Jesus.

Father, comfort those who have lost loved ones in Mumbai and throughout that region. There has been so much violence. There is no way to replace the loss that they must feel, the grief that has wounded their hearts and their lives... but Father, you can bring comfort and healing. Help the people of India and around the world to recover from so much hatred. Protect them from bitterness. Put your arms around them and allow them to lean on you, to look to you for strength, as they mourn the loss of so much. Give the courts and the army wisdom in dealing with the aftermath of it all. Let all that is Good and Right and True prevail in the courts on every matter, those relating to the violence in Mumbai and all throughout that region. Pour favor upon your people and guard the way for the Gospel to continue to be preached and the people to be helped. Watch over families, especially those that are separated from one another for whatever reason. Comfort the hearts of mothers and fathers as they pray for the future of their children. Claim the orphan and the widow and send provision for their every need, physical and emotional and spiritual. In the name of Jesus.

Thank you Father for your faithfulness. Thank you that we are never alone. Thank you that some day everyone will have had the chance to choose salvation and then you will come and set all things right. We look forward to that day, to be with you, when you will wipe away every tear and their will be no more sorrow or heartache. Help us to endure to the end. Help us to occupy until you come. It is our heart to hear "well done" as you talk with us in eternity about the life that we are living now, today, on the earth. There is much to do. It is not easy, but we can do all things through Christ who strengthens us and watches over us. Great is the love of our God for his people. In the name of Jesus. Amen.

Please use every incident in India to:
Use Christians to reach the people of India;
To preach the Gospel by the way they live their lives;
To preach the Gospel by their teaching;
And to be a blessing to the people of India.

Father, we pray for your people in India. We pray for the lost and the hurting of that nation. We pray for their leaders and law makers, that they would govern with a heart that is Good and Right before you Lord. As we close this year of prayer, we ask that you would seal every good thing that you have poured out upon the nation of India, every blessing and promise that you have given to her people in your word and thru the intercession of the saints. We ask that you would continue to multiply the blessing and to stir the hearts of her people to know you Lord Jesus, to hunger and thirst for righteousness. Reveal yourself to every soul in that region as Savior, as the one true God, who loves them and has come to restore all that the enemy has corrupted. In the name of Jesus.

Empower your people in India Father. Funnel provision into their hands in every way, to meet every need. Every stumbling block or wall that the enemy tries to put in the way, tear it down and make a way for the Gospel to continue to shine in that nation, in the hearts of her people. Let Hope and Faith arise in the heart of every soul in India and raise up laborers from her own soil to be a Light in the darkness, a city on a hill, a bright and shining light that is a reflection of you Lord. Guide them, give them your words, give them every good gift, equip them with patience and forgiveness and boldness. Be their strength, and assure them that they are never alone no matter the circumstance around them, whether they live in a palace or in the city dump, you walk with them and you will never leave them or forsake them. Help them to endure to the end knowing that you will not let the enemy overwhelm them, you will not allow it to become more than they can bear. Be their confidence and their peace. In the name of Jesus.

Send refreshing when they are tired, in a wind, in the hand of a stranger, by the company of a familiar friend. Heal their hurts as they are separated from loved ones, encourage and comfort them. Give them purpose and vision and zeal to hear your voice and to obey, knowing that this world is temporary, a vapor that will soon be forgotten. Only relationships, only love, only the good that God has accomplished and that he has allowed us to participate in will remain. Prepare a table in the presence of their enemies as you have promised. Let their sleep be sweet and their labor full of fruit and a great harvest. Let everything they set their hand to prosper, let their words be full of power and healing, give them reputations of being honest and wise and full of integrity as followers of Jesus Christ. Put your words in their mouths and your Faith in their heart, put power in their hands and in all that they say and do. Anoint their feet and everywhere they go, send them out in your name to change India and the World. To be a force for Good, a force for the Almighty God as these final days approach. Remind them that they are greatly loved by you, and nothing can snatch them out of your hand. In the name of Jesus.
