Its been 4 years. Oh my, how the time flies. I still feel so new, especially because most people have been here for 15+ years.

I've been working in the Mental Health (MH / MR) Field for over 15 years. I love the work - some of the clients are diagnosed with mental illness some with addictions and some with both. I always look for a chance to witness to the grace of our lord Jesus but it can be a difficult subject in this field... As a mental health counselor we are warned to treat this subject delicately. I just wondered if anyone out there has experinced this in their profession? And how they deal with it.

I have been at my current job for 18 1/2 years. It was very tough starting out as I am a small business owner. But the benefits of working for yourself are immense.

I have been married for 15 years, and have been working for the same employer for 14 years. I started on the farm: worked there full time 7 years. The next 5 years I worked spring, Summer, Fall: on the farm & winter at his oilpatch rental business. Now for the last 2 years I've been full time at the oilpatch rental business.
