Tuney-

As often as we post in the same threads you never caught a Flickr link??? LOL! I am getting slack. Must remedy that. Tuney... whatcha think of THIS<-- link it will end up a half page in a yearbook. The text will be replaced by a verse she is writing herself. OH and it is THE last senior ad/page before the student portrait pages start.

The housing was more or less RANK segregated on base BUT the elementary school was not! I was 4th grade and some snot nose called me a 4 eyed monkey on the playground AFTER school(no teacher/principal involvement then) so I um slugged them and made them into a crooked nosed goofball. My Dad caught hades from his command because he told the kids officer daddy that his kid was obnoxious and maybe needed a good slugging. Did not help matters that the kid was a boy a year older than me.*sigh*

After finding that web page that I linked to in the hair thread, I can say with certainty that I agree with the above statement.

Will you agree that it is certainly a Mullet "WANNABE"? cause I'd have to say she came close.

I'm concluding that mullets are hard to define.

If Kath didn't have a mullet, did MacGyver have a mullet? (Whatever it was, I still say it looked good on him.)

Thank you Ez!

How would one define a mullet? Does it have to be even longer in the back than I have it?

(I never thought I had a mullet but after looking at the pictures I thought it was)

(edited to add the word even)

I would totally define Kath's do as a mullet. But I'm so mullet-averse that I can see mullets where they really don't exist.

I don't think I've ever said mullet so many times at once before. It's actually a fun word... mullet, mullet, mullet. Go ahead, say it! You know you wanna!

Kath your current avatar has a striking resemblance to a co-worker of mine. BTW her hair is still fixed in that style.

She's stuck in the 80s?

I have an avatar that I'm going to put up in a bit that would be perfect for the short hair thread.

Well before you do that, just let me say thanks for posting your mullet-do!

And I like it, btw.

I guess that means that I'm stuck in the 80's.

Yeah but that beats the heck out of all the gray hair old men that are geritol rockers stuck in the sixties.

I don't think of mullets as a woman's hairstyle. The avy that Kath had earlier didn't say "mullet" to me.

I think of a mullet as a hideous man's 'do worn by men that give trailer trash a bad name.

But I mean that in the best possible way.

Well then! I was actually thinking of cutting like that again (but slightly updated of course) but I was deathly afraid it was the dreaded mullet. I don't want that, not even a wanna-be mullet! I'll have to ask my stylist. She told me once she would never let me walk out of her studio looking stupid.

I like it too. My bro used to get so mad at me because every time he saw me my hair was different, like that's a bad thing.
