I started with that small 100x100 avatar you posted and enlarged it then set my paintbrush tool on 40% and selected the shaed of pink I wanted then ZAP!

the animation was a bit more involved but the end result is worth the hour I spent playing with it. that an the hour spent playing with it kept me from killing a couple of my kids. nudge nudge

Eight votes so far--does that mean that only eight of us are interested in world domination? That's a lot to handle for only eight people.

That would be 9 active members ... now add to that count the spouses and children, and that's a fairly decent number to start. I mean, look at Jesus and the twelve. That made 13 people who changed the world. We've easily got that number beat once we add our families!

Okay, nine homeschoolers plus families--that's a good dent in the population.

I haven't voted. I don't LOVE any of the choices but I don't think it matters, either, as long as we get to our goal. The end definitely justifies the means, lol.

Now, write down the date here...Jennifer does NOT have a strong opinion on something!

Duly noted that at 13:03:19 EST on Thursday, March 27, 2008 ... Jennifer (aka Jenny-Fair) did NOT have a strong opinion on something -- namely, the choice of avatars to be used by homeschoolers in their quest to take over the world.

Were there other nominations that I overlooked? If so, let me know and I'll ask Cynthia to add them. We can revote if we need to. But we do need to hurry, because we still have to vote on a quote.

Oh, I had thought that what you were going to use if we all did the individual jumper avatars. I didn't realize you were suggesting that we all use that one.

In that case...the rest of us are going to begin on Tuesday, but your job is to perform the official World Domination ceremony Monday night. To do this you have to dye your hair candy apple red and sleep upside down while balancing candlesticks on your toes.

Good luck.

*gulp* If it was just the red hair maybe. . .but in my hugely pregnant state that whole balancing act thing could be a bit of a problem. LOL!

Sure, reset the poll. That'll work. We can all vote over the weekend, and on Monday we'll figure out the quote really quickly and be set for Tuesday.
