OK, since I have such evil friends, I had to post this question being the heathen that I am....

This question comes to you thanks to:

And any of my other heathen friends who have forced me to give in to temptation...

Oh come on now, Phosy.

You know you wanted to do.

Don't compound the sin of eating pizza with the sin of blaming others.

If said pizza has any type of fish as a topping then it is a sin. If said pizza is of the large size and you do not share...it is a sin. If said pizza is cold and you offer to share....you are committing a sin. If said pizza is my fav and you do not share...we are both sinners...you for not sharing and me for coveting my neighbors pizza.

Personally, I think anything that can be used to harrass your friends is not sinful....

Unless of course, I am the friend you are trying to harrass...

And I do agree. Fish on pizza is very sinful. In fact, I would go so far as to say that there should be a law against it.

Oh I see. By the tone of your post, you obviously put obeying laws on a higher order than abstaining from sin.

Pizza would only be a sin if it did not have anchovies and onions on it.

Thanks
RC

Well, if it's illegal, you are sinning twice: not only by doing the initial sin, but by not submitting to the governing authorities.

I will share a pizza with RC

Pizza is only a sin if you eat it when it is very hot and scream out Saxon words when it burns the top of your mouth.

"saxon words"

Now I'm picturing Bette Davis eating pizza while being dressed up in Old World clothing.

A pastor and a moderator both blatantly admitting their sin - and neither seems the least bit remorseful...

What is the world coming to?

I believe if you will study the original Greek, you will find that this refers specifically to sardines.

Eating pizza is only a sin when you know I am hungry.

The perfect pizza has sausage, pepperoni, beef, onions, bell peppers and smothered in cheese!

Ps103, you're absolutely right:

1 Sicilians 3:1, in the original Greek, reads:

"me genoito, opsarion epi ton pizza mou", which translates to "let it not be, tiny fish upon my pizza"

I'm still trying to find to find where it says anything about cold, frosty beer going with pizza...oh, no, THAT would be a sin, wouldn't it?

Aren't anchovies another name for sardines? Or at least their first cousins?

I don't know but they are both disgusting so I'm sure there must be a sin involved either way...

I will admit that I have bought sardines before and ground them up as part of ceasar salad dressing, however, that's different...

I'm not either, but it actually doesn't taste fishy... Hence the ONLY reason I'd do it...
