Lately, I've really liked the name George. It rolls off the tongue so easily.

It is quite possible you are.

As a food, I'm all for them. As long as they're cooked. Did you mean eggs in any other context?

Oh, I'm sorry. That wasn't clear, was it? It could be taken more than one way. Don't mind me. I'm just doing a little creative venting.

Thanks, collie! I'm glad you enjoy my humor. Some people don't get me at all.

No problem at all. I was just afraid I'd missed something.

Yep. There's a lot to be said about good eggs.

I think I'm rather fond of the name Eggbert just now.

Actually, research shows that many men are naturally drawn towards "Emily's."

I also have a great affinity to exotic sounding names - ones from other countries. I will not post them here - for the privacy of those people, but there are two - one from my pre-Christian days, but wow, he is the only man who ever literally fought for me.

sigh, how romantic Lisa.
When I was little I always imagined a man who would think I was worth fighting for, he always rescued me from my 'stalker' in my imagination, although at the time I had never heard the word 'stalker'.

Now back to the regularly scheduled topic.

Christopher is currently at the top of my list.

I tend to prefer full names rather than nicknames: Nathan (not Nate), Michael (not Mike), David (not Dave), Matthew (not Matt), Anthony (not Tony), etc. Full names usually seem classier. I also like names that are basically too short to nickname, such as Chad, Ryan, and Kevin.

But... if he's the right man for me, he could be named SALLY and I wouldn't care!

Even though I use a nickname and not my first name, I named the Things names that couldn't have nicknames. Well, I suppose they could, but you would have to work at it. Although Thing 1 gets called the first initial of his name. *grin*

Lets see....what names do I like...strong, powerful, manly names.

Edward
Eric
Octavious
Cassius
Troy
Garrick
Julius
Bradford

In fact, I always said if I had another boy I would want to name him Octavious. I think my mother gagged at that.
