I'd like to know why it is that I'm more tired at this time on a Friday night, when I could be up later, than I am at the same time on a weeknight, when I need to go to bed. Did that make sense?
I really feel like going to sleep, but I don't wanna!

Yeah, now that kinda did make sense! OK, I am actually much more comfortble sitting at the computer with slouching in the chair than laying down flat, go figure.

Hey John, you might be able to appreciate this. Do you know I've been out faithfully for the past 3 weeks looking for morels and so far I only have one beefsteak and one...yes, one morel to show for it!?! BUT!!! I am not giving up yet.

Good evening everyone!
John...I don't have dates, figs or even RAISINS.
You heard it here first...NOT through the grapevine.
I was supposed to take today off. And I did. But I had a lot of fun actually doing things around the house: getting my son to help me replace all the dead light bulbs, getting my son to help me wash the car. Getting my son to shampoo the carpet. Taking a NAP...
No duh. I actually took a NAP.
It was wonderful.
Now, I know you are thinking all I did was crack the whip on my son, but honestly, this is a real challenge to get him to work around here (he has good intentions) and I think I've discovered the key. He is a social person and doesn't like working alone. So I worked "with" him. And it worked great!
Anyway.
So I'm pleasantly tired. Looking forward to chatting with all of you.

Black....and it was only about 3 inches
