You know John, the same thing happened to me during my sleep last night, and for the record, Bobby Sherman was soooo cute, and way more cool than Donny Osmond.
I wish I could see Here Come the Brides again. They have everything else on DVD, why not that. It it not PC?

I have Here Come the Brides. I got it from Amazon. First season, anyway. I don't know if they have the others. I think they did more than one.

Could have been worse. Could have been Bobby Sherman or Leif Garret (Who's sole claim to fame as near as I could tell was being in tigerbeat)
I went and looked these guys up...didn't know who they were. Looks to me like my guy aged a LOT better than Bobby or Leif. Definitely better than Leif.
I'd forgotten about Tigerbeat and Teenbeat! I would occasionally squander what little money I got from birthdays and what-have-you to buy them, especially if I knew there was a picture I wanted in them...
ha! Old times. May they never return.

Leif actually sang. I had a few of his 45's. He was pretty much a one hit wonder. I don't even remember the name of any of his songs at all but boy did I have a crush on him. My sister and I went to see him when we lived in Illinois. He was a huge favorite.

Okay, not a good morning so far....
I had to get a tire replaced yesterday on my PT. When I got home, almost 50 miles away, it was fine. An hour later, when I was going to leave to see my son play baseball, it was flat. So, okay, I was fine with that. I got to borrow my mom's mustang convertible........
Well, this morning, still driving the stang, I headed to work (30 miles from home), only to realize that my work keys are in the door of my PT, 30 miles away....
Needless to say, I was late for work...
But on an upnote, MY SON DID AWESOME AT HIS GAME LAST NITE!!!!!!!!

Oh I've done that before. Working for the government (CIA *grin*) we have to have passes to get to work. My car, with my access pass, was getting worked on and I was driving my dad's truck. Got all the way to the entrance and realised I didn't have my pass. *groan* I work about 26 miles away from home. Had to drive back, go to my dads, get his set of keys for my car, go to the mechanics, get my pass out, take the car keys back to my dads, and then go back to work. *sigh* When I called my boss she couldn't help but chuckle. Luckily I didn't have any meetings that morning or I would have had some 'splaining to do.

Yeah, I was glad the office is empty on Fridays, but I still feel self-conscious about things like that. I mean, I pretty much can come and go as I please, as long as the work is done....
God definitely blessed me with this job (at a church, too!!).

Cool! I'm sure everyone else knows what he plays....I can't remember?
Key situation....Grrr  But it's over and your at work now so its behind you. You can still have a good day! It's early!

what happens if totally lost and you need a replacement? no way to do that onsite?
*Insert knowing laughter* It's the government (I was an army brat)....it requires mountains of paperwork and time, and possibly your first born.

That explains why there were multiple questions about Thing 1. *grin*
Seriously though, Ed. In order to get a whole new replacement it's possible, but I have to have access to get to a place with more access and quite frankly there are only so many people who will let me slide. So I was actually saving time by driving back home to get my stuff then I would be if I wanted to get new passes.
Did that make sense because I think i confused myself. *grin*
