I have about 4 or 5 dresses and about 4 skirts. They all fit because I recently bought the dresses for the cruise I went on in April. I don't see a lot of opportunities to wear them here though. Our church is fairly casual and they would stand out.

They would definitely be good date dresses...

If I ever got a date...

I have a little black dress and several matching skirt/top outfits. I've been wanting to get a few dresses, and now that I've lost a little weight, I think I will do just that!

I don't think I have a single "normal" dress right now. I have my wedding dress and a couple of slightly formal cocktail style dresses that I wear very occasionally. Other than that, none.

I do wear skirts often though and probably have 10-12 of them, ranging from dressy to casual. I prefer the single pieces to a one piece dress.

I'm pretty much the same. I find that dresses just don't look as good as skirts, but I do want to try some shirt dresses or wrap dresses. I just haven't taken the time for the mall.

Zero. I don't like dresses and never have. The last time I wore a dress was 13 years ago and I hated it and felt uncomfortable all day.

I just went to my closet and counted. I have 9 dresses- its been years since I've worn any of them. I'm currently trying to work more skirts into what I wear on a day to day basis, but right now only 2-3 of them fit and are work-appropriate.

Man I LOVE dresses! I couldn't imagine not liking them or wearing them. I guess I have quite a few and I wear them all (except the formal ones) regularly :)

13 summer-ish/beach/everyday dresses
6 dressy/wear to a wedding dresses
7 formal/prom dresses (some of these are shared with my two sisters)

too many skirts: 24 to be exact.

Four that don't fit that I haven't worn for a long time. None that fit.

Hmm...I didn't realize we are counting skirts as well!

Right now I have:
3 black skirts
2 winter pattern
1 brown
3 denim
1 white
2 khaki
5 summer pattern

So about 17...doesn't include my maternity skirts.

I have a bunch of dress and skirts. I wear them to church.

I also wear a dress or skirt 2 times a week. It is part of my clothes routine. M/W skirt or dresss, T/TH pants and friday is jeans.

I can't wear jeans to church (my convication). I pretty much always buy an Easter dress and Christmas outfit, so I get new dresses at least two times a year. :)

I counted my skirts as well...

4 wool winter skirts
3 more medium-weight skirts that can be worn year round
2 summer skirts

I've also ordered another skirt from Soft Surroundings Outlet that hasn't arrived yet. I may give 2 of my wool skirts and 1 of my medium weight skirts to charity because I really don't wear them. There's a charity truck coming on the 8th, so I need to make a decision.

The Outlet has the best prices, but the clothing they sell is high quality, so even if you paid full price, you would get your money's worth... I just prefer the quality with the better deal. Link for the outlet is in the top righthand corner.

I have 3 dresses, 10 skirts, and one two piece that is technically a blouse and a skirt, but really looks like a dress.

I still have the skirt but not the blouse from when I was maid of honor in my best friend's wedding. She let us pick our own patterns, and for the sake of figure flattering, I picked a two piece. The color is teal, so I kept the skirt to wear with white sweaters, but I got rid of the blouse, because I don't have a lot of places to wear a whole bridesmaids dress. That's why I'm glad it was 2 piece, so it was more practical.

I have 13 dresses (5 super casual/cheap/plain/pretty sun dresses, one is my little black formal dress, one is my grade 12 graduation dress, one is a black pin-striped party dress with a sash and crinoline, and the others are semi-formal knee-length dresses for many occasions). I own an obscene amount of skirts.

Really it's because, besides fluctuating in weight, I haven't grown since grade 9 (9 years ago) and need to learn how to better thin my closets and let go of things.
