I love it that men, in general, are pretty straight-forward. Not always double-analyzing and over-thinking like we girls tend to be doing. My old boyfriend used to tell me all the time, "Honey, men are NOT that complicated. We are very simple to operate."

I appreciate that! Women can sometimes even drive me crazy with all the game-playing. And I'm pretty much a girly-girl myself. I can't imagine what a poor man must think!

I think what I appreciate most about men AND why I think I get along better with them is that they tend to be less expectations/appearance/pettiness driven than many women I know. Guys are guys, take 'em or leave 'em, where us girls have to compete with one another, and therefore there is always room for a catfight in the right situation. I don't play those games and thus hanging out with the guys talking about electronics and sound equipment tends to pique my interest.

The girls I went to high school with were like that and they made fun of me because I didn't go ga-ga over every hot boy...Jonathan Brandis, being a specific one, or because I didn't have to go to the mall every weekend, you know.

Fortunately, all of my female close friends are very level-headed and are more into practical things, or talking about spiritual stuff.

Why would it matter if the air conditioner is broken or fixed? It's only 67 degrees right now!

You're on my good side now, Barry. Don't mess that up.

Actually, she'd probably want to visit in the wintertime. She's one of those weird people that likes snow.

I appreciate a kind person, who takes my feelings into consideration, before stating his opinion about something and tries to word said opinion in a NON-threatening way...

You have nooooo idea. Mwahahahahaha!

I appreciate a sense of adventure. And I don't mean Indiana Jones adventure...just something out of the ordinary. Something that he wouldn't normally do and would have to step out of his comfort zone occasionally.
