Dandilion is soooo very good for you. It acts as a tonic for the liver, I think and it helps with excess water weight. My gramma used to take the stems and put it into a creamy sauce to eat. I only had it once, but I want to try it. I mean, come on, with the price of food and it's all over my yard....why not? Here are a few recipes. Haven't looked over them all, but it's worth a perusal....
